It’s rare to find such reliable car rental services, and this company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience renting a car in Dubai. The process was smooth from start to finish — quick booking, transparent pricing, and no hidden charges. The car was clean, well-maintained, and delivered right on time. The staff was professional and very helpful, especially when explaining the rental terms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience!

I would like to sincerely thank this company for the safe journey they provided for my sister, her husband, and their three-year-old son from Dubai to Oman. A very special thank you to the driver. My family told us how incredibly kind, patient, and supportive he was throughout the entire trip. His warmth and care made what could have been a stressful journey feel safe and reassuring for them, and for that our whole family is truly grateful. Knowing they were in such good hands brought us great comfort. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism, we will always remember it.

All the service was great from the very first second. Easy to book. The car’s conditions were good. We had very nice rides for 10 hours. After having many bad experiences with taxis in Dubai, our driver Maniya’s driving felt immaculate. He came on time. If I ever need a service like this again, I’d use cabsdriver and ask for Maniya.

We arranged a private transfer from Dubai and the service exceeded expectations. Communication was seamless and well-organized, with every detail handled professionally, even when adjustments to pickup location and timing were required. The chauffeur, Driver, was impeccably punctual, courteous, and drove with great care, creating a relaxed and comfortable journey. The vehicle itself was immaculate, spacious, and offered a smooth, premium travel experience throughout. This service delivers the level of reliability, comfort, and attention to detail expected from a high-quality private transfer. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a refined and stress-free journey.

Booked a private transfer to/from Dubai to Fujairah. Communication via Whatsapp was easy and confirmation of booking went smoothly even when we changed hotels and pickup timings. Ameer was timely, professional, and a very safe driver. Both times, he texted a day before pick-up to confirm. The car was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this company for reliable and professional service at reasonable rates!

I had an excellent experience with my driver (Javed) today. He was very nice, professional, and provided great customer service. He was on time, extremely helpful, and made the trip to Sharjah and comfortable. Truly a 10/10 service. Highly recommended!

Syed Yasir is an excellent driver. He drove us to various sites and we really enjoyed our trip. Thank you !!!

I had a great experience, specifically with the driver Yasir Syed, he was excellent driving us from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, he was on time and excellent communication all day long and so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using Yasir Syed as driver, I accidentally left my glasses in the car and he very kindly drove back to Dubai late at night to return them. Thank you ☺️

Had an amazing experience travelling from dubai to Ras Al Khaimah and the Driver Mr. Raza was excellent and professional with his work. Thank you for your service.

Very great experience. Good timing before the actual hour coming to uaq, leaving earlier with chauffeur. Excellent and accurate and punctual company and professional service

Yasir Shah is the best driver I met ever. He served us for 4 days and was very helpful and polite. Timely response and service.

Due to flight cancellations, Indus Chauffeur Services received an extremely short notice request from me for a significant cross border journey. This was absolutely no problem for Indus, providing a completely professional service throughout. Top class vehicle and excellent driver made the trip exactly what I was hoping for….. I would highly recommend Indus to anyone….

We have used Indus Chauffeur Services several times and have referred them to many people as they provide a wonderful service. I have also used them to pick up my mother and sister and bring them from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. They are reliable and I recommend them highly.

Indus Chauffeur Services provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival at the airport, they were readily identifiable with our name board, ensuring a smooth transition. Mohammad Kutty, our friendly chauffeur, went above and beyond, assisting with our belongings effortlessly. The service exuded luxury yet remained incredibly reasonable in price. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try – you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a flawless 10/10 experience!

Disappointed with my experience. The company actively shares promotions, but once I requested a booking, calls and WhatsApp messages were no longer answered. This lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. After sharing my experience publicly, I was contacted by the company and asked to remove the review, with references made to possible legal consequences under UAE law. This added to my frustration, as it makes it difficult for customers to be honest and transparent about a negative personal experience.

Vehicle was clean, spacious and baby friendly. Driver was on time, polite, helpful and we reached dubai safely. May Allah bless him.

Excellent chauffeur services. Thank you for the prompt responses, and ensuring my safety at all times throughout my stay. The drivers were friendly, polite and respectful at all times.

I had a great experience with Indus Chauffeur. The driver was punctual, polite, and very professional. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole service ran smoothly from start to finish. Excellent communication and reliability — I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. Thank you for your professionalism and care! 🙏✨

Asif gave us an excellent service. He was punctual, picked us up after every meeting without us having to wait or chase him and his pricing is competitive. The cars are nice and clean and good air conditioning. This is very good value for money and a nice, polite person. We used him twice during the stay and will ask for his services again when I am back

Great service by Asif. He has been very attentive to details for the special service my wife needed. She is differently baled person. His driving skills are amazing. He is highly responsive to customer needs. I wish him best.

I was was happy with the service and rate it a 5 out of 5. They are very professional, reliable, affordable and responsive. I found then via the internet and trusted the reviews. We booked a car for a 10-hour day trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi — with sightseeing along the way and back — and everything went really smoothly. The booking was simple, the price was fair, and the car was new and very comfortable. Our driver, Mr. Asif, arrived on time, was polite, and drove calmly and safely throughout the trip. Overall, it was a great experience — we’d happily use this service again and recommend it to others

It was really easy hiring a minivan and I was glad a chose them. Next time when needed will definitely call them again and again. Our driver Zafar was also very good as we even had a baby on board.

Highly recommended! We had an excellent experience with this driver service during GULFOOD 2026. Mr. Sajid was exceptionally professional, well-prepared, and made our entire transportation experience smooth and hassle-free. Punctual, courteous, and reliable throughout. Ms. Mariya from their office was also very helpful and responsive with coordination. Perfect for trade fair events and business travel in Dubai. Strongly recommend!

In November, we traveled to Oman from Dubai with this company and everything went wonderfully well. The drivers are friendly and responsive, and they took care of all the paperwork at the border for Oman, which we really appreciated. The rates are reasonable for the service. Thank you very much for the experience!

The GMC provided by Chauffeur Service Dubai was a great choice for our family outing. The driver was friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle was spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely use this service again. 👍🏻highly recommended!

I recently used Gulf Rent a Car for the first time and had the pleasure of using their chauffeur service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The driver was punctual, friendly, and made the entire journey comfortable. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. I highly recommend Gulf Rent a Car for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I had an excellent experience with Gulf Luxury Cars Dubai. Ashiq drove my kids and I from Dubai to Oman, Muscat. The entire trip was handled with exceptional professionalism. From the beginning, he clearly communicated the plan, including the pickup time, the expected travel duration, border crossing times, and even recommended the best time for us to depart. He arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited while we brought down our luggage. During the drive, he was friendly, professional, and great to talk with. He also handled the border crossing smoothly, including the visa process, which made the experience much less stressful. Ashiq consistently went above and beyond by asking if we needed to stop for restrooms or food and even coming in with us and waiting to make sure everything was okay. The service was truly fantastic! I really appreciated the care and attention throughout the trip. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and HIGHLY recommend Gulf Luxury Cars Dubai and Ashiq to anyone needing reliable transportation between Dubai and Muscat.

5 star service. Arrived before time, extremely professional. Would recommend to all. Special shout out to Maria, who booked our ride. Thanks again.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Booking online was straightforward, and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient when we had questions. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We appreciate the ease of pick-up and drop-off, as well as the reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Gulf luxury car rentals to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable car rental experience.

I received a good feedback from my guest about his travel to Oman. The chauffeur is good and it was the best experienced as it was organized well. And Marie handled our request very well. Thank you so much and we will definitely use this service

This was our first time using their car service with a chauffeur, and it was truly the best decision we could’ve made. They responded very quickly and answered all our queries with clarity and professionalism. The entire experience was seamless—from their prompt communication to the timely arrival and the clean, comfortable vehicle. The chauffeur was courteous and professional throughout. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for VIP transportation services for your business. Dubai Chauffeur service gulf fast is where you turn to in Dubai. Great range of immaculate vehicles that is constantly expanding, excellent drivers, competitive price, and superb service.

We’ve booked a ride from Dubai to Oman, Musandam. Due to cancellation of earlier booking from another service we’d to book less than 24 hours before, but that didn’t cause any difficulties. All communication with the operator, i.e. trip details, timing, pickup/drop off locations etc was in WhatsApp, payment link was also provided. The driver arrived in time, the vehicle was clean, clean, no any odor, water was provided in significant amount. Driving was pretty safe, without unnecessary evolutions on the road, and relatively fast within speed limits. The driver guided us through border crossings, sorting out all questions with payments, papers, permits etc. Greatly satisfied with the service, would definitely recommend.

Narpat Singh I had a great experience with this call driver service. The driver was very professional, punctual, and polite. He drove safely and made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Booking was easy and the response time was quick. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy driver. Will definitely use again! I just mention here I’d also 24068

Muhammad Naseer is an excellent and reliable driver. He’s professional, punctual, and very skilled behind the wheel. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and careful driver! Thank you again

We have had the pleasure of working with Ch Naveed Ali for the past 3 weeks. He is punctual, professional, and a great – and safe driver. We feel totally comfortable that we are in good hands. He is a pleasure and we are lucky to have him. He has our complete endorsement.

This company has been very reactive when I arrived to Dubai and has kept a high level of reactiveness. Since the beginning, they assigned me a driver : Naveed Ali. The best driver I have ever had. Very serious, conscientious, ponctual, never late and of course, driving carefully and safely despite the heavy traffic in Dubai.

Customer service support response very quickly. And the driver they’ve sent naveed ali is polite and a safe driver. I was comfortable of him driving my car. Will definitely use the service again.

I am very pleased to share my feedback for Muhammad Naseer, who has consistently proven to be an excellent and reliable safe driver. His driving is smooth, responsible, and always focused on safety. He maintains a calm attitude on the road, follows traffic rules with discipline, and ensures a comfortable and stress-free journey for passengers. Muhammad Naseer is punctual, professional, and respectful in his behavior. His knowledge of routes and careful driving style make every ride secure and pleasant. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy and skilled safe driver.

First few months it was good but now it’s become very bad !! Very late and slow service always wasting my min 1 hour waiting. To 2 hours waiting please try other apps. This is the last time I am using this app very bad service

We are so happy with this company. Usman is our regular driver. He is always professional, punctual, and incredibly patient. He is an exceptionally safe and careful driver, and his calm, trustworthy nature makes all the difference. We feel incredibly lucky to have Usman, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the company to anyone looking for a dependable and professional transport service.

He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done efficiently. The service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this place — ask for Abhilash if you visit!

Good & proposal chauffeur service clean car car insaid have water & mobile charge cable

I am writing to formally complain about a taxi trip on 24 November 2025, which was very unsatisfactory. At around 9:00 AM, we took a white Lexus taxi from near Emirates Tower Metro Station, Sheikh Zayed Road, to Al Khan Street, Sharjah. We clearly explained the destination to the driver. The usual travel time for this journey is 10–20 minutes, but the driver deliberately took a much longer route, going through Mirdif, Al Nahda, and other areas. The trip took 55 minutes, which seemed unnecessary and clearly took advantage of our unfamiliarity with the area. Additionally, the driver would not let us pay the full fare by card. We paid AED 100 in cash and AED 50 by card (attached is the payment proof), which is much higher than the normal fare for this route. I request that this incident be investigated, that appropriate action is taken against the driver, and that the excess fare of 100 be refunded.

I used them and i feel very safe and driver was very good i really like them

Very disappointed with the school bus service today. My wife and our child waited outside our house for a long time, closely monitoring the app as instructed, only to find out that the bus had already passed without any clear notice. This lack of proper communication caused unnecessary stress, especially considering my wife had to arrange a taxi last minute just to make sure our child got to school on time. I understand that delays or issues can happen, but better coordination and real-time updates are essential, especially when families rely on this service daily. I hope the management can address this gap in communication and improve the reliability of the system moving forward.

Extremely disappointing experience. As a parent paying for this service, I expected at least a basic level of support and professionalism. Unfortunately, Bhaskar Balaraman did not make any effort to assist during the transition to another place. There was no initiative, no guidance, and no sense of responsibility. It felt like our concerns were completely ignored. What’s most frustrating is the lack of empathy and cooperation. Parents rely on this service for support, especially during important changes, but the response we received was unprofessional and dismissive. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and communication. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed with this bus transportation service. The route planning is completely unreasonable. It operates more like a public bus than a school bus. Children are picked up from multiple areas in opposite directions before reaching Muweilah, resulting in nearly 2 hours of travel in the morning alone. Despite repeated emails requesting route optimization, we only receive the same response stating we will try to optimize the route next academic year, while routes keep expanding and pickup times get earlier. There will be no proper communication during delays, and the bus tracking system often doesn’t work, leaving parents worried. Our children are spending over 3 hours daily commuting, which is seriously affecting their well-being. Very poor service and no real solutions despite multiple complaints.

I am disappointed with the way our KG1 child’s transport request was handled. We were repeatedly informed that there was no bus operating on our route and were asked to use a pick-up point that required us to walk a considerable distance with a young child. However, after our own follow-up and verification, we discovered that a bus was in fact operating in our area. Once this was brought to the attention of the transport team, a seat was eventually provided on that same bus after many mails and requests

Today I witnessed extremely reckless driving by an STS school bus near Al Quoz 1. This bus is responsible for transporting school children, which makes such behavior very alarming and unacceptable. A school bus carries dozens of innocent children and any careless driving puts their lives — and the lives of other road users — at serious risk. STS must ensure stricter monitoring, proper driver training, and full compliance with UAE traffic and child safety regulations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate corrective action.

Month of December 2025 school was open for only 2 to 3 days. We sent our daughter by school bus they charged us for full month. We did not said anything thinking it’s a term fee and we let it go. In 2026 entire month of march bus services were suspended due the current situation still they are asking for the fees to be paid for the month of March. Everyone is going through a tough time and they are least bothered, So we informed them to adjust the fees of March in April as we did not use your service for the bus. But as per the team of STS, it’s a term fee we give service or don’t give parents have to pay. It’s not a big amount which cannot be paid but the way of asking money is completely inappropriate and totally unprofessional.

STS, Very disappointed with what happened today. My daughters (studying in GEMS school) have been using the school for the past 3 years. This afternoon, the bus driver misses our stop and drops my child 40 mins later. He takes the same route every afternoon. There is no change in the driver. It’s the same guy everyday. Whenever I try to reach the bus conductor, she never answers the call nor does she call back. Please train your staff on how to behave with others and stop lying on the face.
