Have been aware of Enova since 5 years and has clear strict compliance with a great flexibility to its own employees.

There is no professionalism in this company at all, they work in a very limited capacity of expertise. They don’t solve even a small problem let alone major issues. I don’t think the company has capable staff and management in general. They also don’t care about customers.

I used to have an easier time with Enova when it comes to home maintenance but my recent encounter with them put me off completely. I raised a request to have my living room lights replaced, and it took 4 days until I just gave up and cancelled on them. Even when they finally came to my house on Sunday, they came up with an excuse that it's "emergency basis" only for today and they would come tomorrow to fix it. Tomorrow rolled over and the technician kept telling me they will come after 1-2 hours until 2:30pm when when I called him, he just said "I informed my supervisor, they will be there". At 4PM and after several calls to the call center, I finally got a hold of the supervisor where it bothered me a lot about how not caring he was. The thing that pissed me off is that when I even mentioned this isn't how to handle customers, and that I will be taking my business to another company, he told me to just go ahead with that. I have never seen a company that cares less about its customers.

Worst company ever! Don’t have enough staff and their staff are not professional at all. Don’t you ever make a contract with them. Dealing with them is too hard they are careless about the customer and even their employees they behave so bad and you will never reach the manager i think they don’t even have a manager its just a total mess they always promise to fix it on a specific time and when the time comes they postpone it and the procedure will take days until they comes and they keep promising you but at the end you will get nothing! They just want to take customers but they don’t have the ability to serve them! Please listen to me and never work with them

You would think open heart surgery is difficult and complicated but dealing with enova is even more hard. Try explaining to me how I call the customer center more than I call my parents in a week just to ask for help in my house and every person gives a different answer. They keeps delaying my request because it is not urgent enough, ok sure. You arrange for a time slot with them and even then they cancel on you on the same day and ask you call the center again even though the technician gave you the time slot and assured you they have all the tools ready because of course they came in to your house and then said they will come back later to fix it. So for future customers and community managements, please do not coordinate with this company because unless your house is on fire during a thunder storm whilst a flood you are not worth getting help.

The service provided has been highly unsatisfactory. The team has demonstrated a careless attitude, with supervisors and technicians consistently failing to listen, take action, or follow up on issues, even they fail to deliver basic regular service

After 7 visits to my place. Ennova not only failed to fix the water problem but also broke a SEWA valve that is responsible for connecting water to my villa. Now they ask me to contact sewa to fix the problem that they created. Now i have no water no valve and i have to solve the problem with Sewa. Dealing with ennova seems impossible. No recommended for maintenance and repair.
