We have been ordering water from Al Shalal Water for our shop in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah, and we are very satisfied with their service. They provide good-quality water bottles and a well-maintained water dispenser at a reasonable price. Worse water provider in UAE every time they bring water they bring it broken or leaking, my neighbor fall down that day and thanks god he was young and he knew how to fall down if he was big maybe he would die, this is not only the thing i contact them for this couple of times to change the bottles they do not even reply to me the just as machines know one world change bottle empty. I an really disappointed how they are even legally working do they have HSE department does the government knows about this shitty service do they know that they do not even meet the safety regulations at least !!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Al Shalal Water. We placed an order on March 27, but until March 31, we still did not receive our delivery. We followed up every single day from March 28 to March 31, yet no action was taken. Each time, we were told that the delivery was "on the way," but no one ever arrived. To make matters worse, this is not the first time we’ve had issues with this company. In the past, we have already raised complaints because they repeatedly delivered leaking water bottles. Despite these concerns, there has been no noticeable improvement in their service or product quality. This ongoing lack of reliability and poor customer service has caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time. It is extremely frustrating to deal with repeated issues and unfulfilled promises. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this company to others. If you value your time and want to avoid stress, it’s better to choose a more dependable provider.

Really good water delivery company. Used to have physical coupons. Recently moved to digital account linked to cell phone number. Super easy to engage with. Good quality. Abdul Rahman always on time with delivery. Highly recommend.
