ROMANA WATER

I have been a customer for few years, and their service used to be reliable and efficient. Deliveries were always on time, and whenever I ran out of water, replacement bottles were provided promptly. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly recently. I have been waiting for a water delivery for the past five days, despite contacting customer service multiple times. Each time, I am assured that the delivery will arrive "on the same day promptly," but no one has shown up since 5 days. The lack of follow-through and poor communication have been very disappointing. What was once dependable service has become frustrating and unreliable. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and delivery operations.

I have been a customer for over a year, but the service has been terrible. Today, I ordered water at 6:40 PM. After waiting 3 hours, I complained to the supervisor, who promised a delivery within 1 hour. It has now been over an hour since that promise, and nobody—including the supervisor—is answering my calls. Please resolve this immediately. I decided to change the water immediately.

Despite being an old and satisfied costumer, recently i shifted my home location to another emirates and i experience the worse and terrible helpline service. It's been 9 days i have contacted the helpline and they just kept saying someone will contact you. No one contacted until i made another call to helpline. Then finally they sent me supervisor number. And I contacted supervisor myself.

Excellent service with very professional and friendly staff. The route 003 has been Serving us from a long time and always delivered on time . Even during the time of rains they tried there best to give us water . And love the quick response , as few times we needed extra delivery in mid week a single call and service was given in few hours . Would definitely recommend to everyone but also would like the company to reduce the costing of coupons a little

Extremely disappointed with the service from Romana Waters. After being a customer for nearly three years, I had to wait more than three days for a water bottle delivery despite repeated follow-ups. Every time, false promises were made that delivery would happen "by evening," but no one showed up. The customer service handled by Manpreet was unprofessional, and the lack of coordination from supervisor Mr. Firoz was equally disappointing. This company has shown zero reliability, poor customer service, and no accountability. They have now lost a long-term customer. I hope this review reaches top management so they understand how badly customers are being treated. For anyone looking for a dependable water supplier, there are many better options in the market — Romana Waters is definitely not one of them.
