Excellent Service…… I was pretty much stressed out upon my arrival to find that my visa application was not in process yet and that I would either have to return back or apply for a visit visa. They are scammers. They sent me a visa refusal with the reason that they don’t exist, which is illegal, and on top of that, they refuse to provide compensation. And their support doesn’t even speak English well because when I ask a question, they don’t answer it, they say something else, with a very long wait time. Be careful, don’t apply with them, they will take your money. There are plenty of other agencies that are more reliable and won’t scam people.

Really bad experience. I came to do my biometrics at 11.10 am , but my appointment was at 12pm. So the security told me to wait.. the sofa at the male reception area was full, so i waited outside the building.. The security came out and told me to go outside the building premise. For real? He said manager will make trouble if he see people standing there. I came here with an appointment..i was not trespassing. When i went outside it was really hot. Saw many people standing at the scorching sun. Some sitting on the side of road and all. Are we illegal immigrants? No, we have visa.. still we are getting treated this badly.. Good thing i came in a car. So i waited inside the car . Felt so bad for the people waiting outside in the sun. Never experienced this bad treatment before. In india we don’t treat people like this. Especially foreigners..Really painful to experience something like this from the country i really like..

Security staff was very helpful ie. Tarik ,Ahsan and reception madam Hamda and 5 no madam Anfal was informative and cooperative.I was glad to be there. Even location was quite and peaceful ,and can be reached by bus or on foot after getting from metro station.

I visited Al Rashidiya Fingerprint Center on 03.02.2026 for my fingerprint process (Ticket No: M24). Although some time has passed, this experience has stayed in my mind, which is why I am writing this review now. During the session, my hands were slightly sweaty, so I pressed my fingers harder on the machine myself. The officer said, «Do it like a human,» which I found very disrespectful. At the end, he also said, «Go to the jungle for work.» His tone and manner of speaking were insulting and made me feel deeply humiliated. I am a professional engineer, but regardless of profession or background, every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I hope management ensures better behavior and communication from staff in the future. Writing this is not about revenge. It’s about clearing your mind.

I visited the Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship – Al Rashidiya Center, and I am pleased to share that the status of my newborn son’s ID, which had been on hold since 06-12-2025, was resolved very quickly. I truly appreciate the efficient support provided at the center and am very happy with the service I received there. On the other hand, I would like to highlight my experience with the call center and email support. I had contacted the call center multiple times and raised several tickets and complaints; unfortunately, the experience was poor and did not lead to any resolution. I believe there is significant room for improvement in the helpline and email response process, especially in taking quicker and more effective action. I hope this feedback reaches the concerned department so appropriate steps can be taken to improve the overall service quality and the image of the Happiness Center, particularly regarding call center and email support. Thank you once again for the excellent support provided to me today after reaching your center. I sincerely hope the same level of service will be reflected in the call center and email support in the future.
