A special mention to Mr. Naveed, who manages everything very efficiently. He is always responsive, polite, and ensures that the service experience is smooth from start to finish. Ever since installing the purifier, I have faced no issues with water taste or quality, and it has given me great confidence regarding health and hygiene. Great company to work with. Jayaprakash, the owner was great. He gave good advice in selecting the system that suited my needs best. The installation was carried out by Rathees and team who were fantastic and also provided great after care. I had one issue with a leak of the under sink RO system but the team came out straight away to resolve! Fantastic after care, I also recently had a service done, on time and efficient. Definitely a 5 star from me! My install was a multimedia for the home, clack system to auto flush, 3 x RO installs and 2 new taps (to replace existing) for drinking water! A*

The unit was installed on time as promised. Ratheesh is very knowledgeable and patiently replied to all my queries. I like the water taste as well. I Would recommend everyone to use their units as the built quality is very good. These are made in Taiwan with the filters from Korea. Excellent value for money with the filter change overs they offer and 8 stage filtration which you will not get for this price.

It’s an excellent product as we have been using it past 4yrs with 3 free maintenance every year for filter change etc and best quality water. Better than going for water gallons!
