Asalamualaikum tasheel management and team i unsatisfied for this last visit tasheel I was talking to tech team and marketing team marketing team will helping for communication to tech team but he will not understand to resolve problems immediately so I just suffering to my profile i need toll-free contact number for marketing and sale team i hope respond for as per soon as possible

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at the Tasheel service center. The issue I experienced was specifically with the staff member at the token counter. The typists and other staff members were very professional, helpful, and responsible in their roles. However, the token counter staff member was not handling customer service efficiently and caused unnecessary delays. He asked me to open MOHRE on my phone and show it to him, even though this is not a required step in the Tasheel process for a company open file application. The MOHRE account was already registered and available at our office, and even the typist did not request it or need it during the process. In addition, instead of clearly informing me of all required documents at the beginning, he repeatedly asked me to show different items one by one—such as License, ejari and the establishment card. Each time, he spent excessive time zooming in on my phone screen without actually verifying anything through the system. This approach was unnecessary and led to a waste of time. It would have been far more professional if he had provided a clear checklist of required documents upfront, rather than repeatedly asking to view documents that were either not required or not being properly verified. I understand that document verification is part of the process; however, it should be done efficiently and through the appropriate system channels, not by repeatedly zooming in on a customer’s phone screen. This creates frustration and delays for customers. I kindly suggest that staff at the token counter be better trained to communicate requirements clearly and handle their responsibilities more professionally, ensuring a smoother and more efficient customer experience.
