Very convenient and easy to find solutions

I really can't believe how all these people working there can't be kind and friendly with the users that we need from this office, a bad attitude to work with customer service, specifically I will talk about 3 people: the Filipino girl at the reception, the Arab girl who receives the payments, and the Syrian guy at counter number 31. It's incredible that such hostile people can work in one place, I hope my complaint can reach the corresponding institution.

I had a really bad experience with the receptionist guy he is so ruth(indian), I was told to see him and make payment in his card to pay for my documents because I had no card after I did, the system was down I had to collect my money back the next day he only gave 60AED and said is his loses after I gave him 90AED I was so angry

I visited this center two days ago. In general, the service is excellent. I did not face any difficulty in obtaining a parking for my Car . I took a token number when my turn came after waiting for about 20 minutes. I went to Counter 26. The employee was fully aware of her work and was smiling, and when she found my papers were incomplete, she did not refuse the transaction but said these missing papers present in the system I will get out for you, really I appreciated her service, unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she was in counter 26, I have read her email Musood something I couldn’t remember.

I went inside Tasheel and go directly to Aafaq. I talked to the lady but she's looking pissed off. Then the next time I went to Aafaq I talked to Arabic guy not sure if Mohammad is his name, he is approachable and looking friendly. Only 4 stars because of the Arabic lady who give a bad customer service.

When i came to that branch, i recieved a very good customer service and i thank the entire team and management for your cooperation aimed to provide a very good public service to us like i got. Keep it up, i appreciate alot

Eversince This BRANCH Located in Muraqabat is my Favorite branch to visit. They will give you complete details of what you want to know and a good advice being a friend not only a customer.
