Charged premium prices for poor-quality workmanship. I paid AED 425 upfront for a tuxedo shirt, and even after two repair attempts, it was returned with visible stitching marks and defects. They expected me to accept it, but refused to provide a proper solution. I ended up with neither a usable shirt nor a refund. Waste of time and money. Be cautious about paying upfront, as refunds appear difficult to obtain. Not recommended.

After a very disappointing experience with another tailor in the area, I came here hoping for something better, and the difference was obvious from the first visit. The staff are professional, polite, organized, and genuinely focused on customer service. The shop itself is spacious, clean, and well organized. Communication is excellent, with helpful updates and messages throughout the process, so you always know the status of your order. What impressed me most was their professionalism and efficiency. They clearly understand their work, explain things properly, and deliver a smooth customer experience. They also offer delivery service, which is a great convenience. Overall, this is easily a five-star experience. Fast, professional, well organized, and customer-focused. I highly recommend them.

worst tailoring ever. I asked them to tighten my polo shirt and I came back 3 times to ask them to redo. They kept convincing me what shape is right, even when I clearly instructed them where I want to tighten it. It's my clothes. I dont need them to convince me what shape is nice. This happened with other customers too. If they want to shorten this much they will say oh short like this not good. Like bro it's my clothes i wear them, who are you to tell me short like this not good???!!!!! And then get very offended because I told them to tighten a bit more or the shape is not to my liking???? Shouldnt your job be solving for what I prefer, tailor to the shape I want? Else why would I pay for your service. So condescending, horrible customer service Also ruined one of my skirt for shortening it too much. What a waste of time and money

I had a very disappointing experience with this tailor. I ordered a custom suit and provided clear instructions for the style and measurements. The first time the suit was made incorrectly and did not match what I ordered. When I returned for correction, the second version was even worse — the measurements were incorrect and the blazer was asymmetrical (the left and right sides were different). Because of these repeated mistakes, I requested a refund for both the fabric and tailoring cost. The staff told me they would speak with the manager and confirmed that I would receive my money back. However, after three days, no one has refunded me and no one is responding to calls or messages. Every time I contact them, I am told someone else will handle it, but no one follows up. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before trusting them with custom tailoring.

On March 14, I visited Sunbeam Lanka Tailoring JVC to repair a pair of jeans that had ripped during a recent trip. Beforehand, I communicated with them via WhatsApp regarding the repair, and they always responded promptly to my messages. They assured me that they could accommodate an express same-day repair and even arrange delivery to my hotel. When I arrived, I was assisted immediately. They clearly explained the repair process and confirmed that they could complete the express service on the spot in just 20–30 minutes, instead of delivering it later. The repair was of excellent quality, with precise stitching and an inner patch that closely matched the jeans’ color. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality tailoring in the Dubai area.
