Excellent service at Rivoli, Dubai Mall. I had a great experience with Mr. Ryan, the store manager. His professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. I purchased the NTTD James Bond watch and received a very good deal, along with a complimentary NATO strap, which was a wonderful touch. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable.
