Very poor experience with Flash Express Courier Services LLC. It honestly feels like this company has no management at all. Multiple customer complaints about unprofessional driver behavior have been completely ignored. Customer service is ineffective, unresponsive, and unable to resolve even basic issues. To make matters worse, drivers often arrive without proper delivery equipment such as a trolley, creating unnecessary inconvenience for customers and businesses alike. If you value professionalism, customer service, and reliable deliveries, stay away from this company. Not recommended at all.

Honestly, based on repeated experience, this delivery company handles orders in an unprofessional way. They keep increasing the agreed delivery fee after accepting each order, and once the order is rejected, they immediately reduce it back to the original agreed price. This kind of behavior is misleading and causes unnecessary delays and confusion with orders. I hope they improve their service and commit to clear and consistent pricing with customers

Rude drivers ,They will destroy your company's reputation if you contract with them. advice from a business owner: I do not recommend this company at all , i got 3 complaints in one week your drivers so rude and they cannot speak Arabic Or English , driver going for delivery without trolley 🤦🏻‍♂️😅
