It was great experience with spectrum home renovation company.I booked their sevice and with in half hour they attended the work.I can assure their quality ,service and timing is absolutely benefited for me.

Honestly, I don’t know from where to start. I wanted to move in to a studio. I was looking for a team that could come for inspection and deal with some minor issues and upgrades. Although they came for inspection quickly, they make my life difficult in the end. They left the unit unfinished with marks everywhere - their excuse we didn’t see it and the color is done. Even you could see the pen on the wall with the shade of color. They came back for a touch up which was worse. Finally they came back 3 times to fix the mess. Although they promised they will fix everything, few things are still visible they said they will charge me if they come again. If sth is not properly done i don’t accept it. If they don’t know how to fix it, they should have told me in the first place to call maintenance or another company. As per customer care, the lady was always texting me but never calling me back even though I asked her. Sometimes it was even difficult to find her. Texting for solving a problem is never a good idea for business. Finally They didn’t give me flexibility although i told them we are behind schedule and we need to rush. I spend 2 weeks with them for painting a studio and staying in a hotel for few few nights because I couldn’t bring my furniture in.
