We had a full / deep AC cleaning service which used safe anti-bacterial & anti-fungal cleaner. Issues were informed to us and rectified with before and after photos taken. Honestly, I don’t know from where to start. I wanted to move in to a studio. I was looking for a team that could come for inspection and deal with some minor issues and upgrades. Although they came for inspection quickly, they make my life difficult in the end. They left the unit unfinished with marks everywhere – their excuse we didn’t see it and the color is done. Even you could see the pen on the wall with the shade of color. They came back for a touch up which was worse. Finally they came back 3 times to fix the mess. Although they promised they will fix everything, few things are still visible they said they will charge me if they come again. If sth is not properly done i don’t accept it. If they don’t know how to fix it, they should have told me in the first place to call maintenance or another company. As per customer care, the lady was always texting me but never calling me back even though I asked her. Sometimes it was even difficult to find her. Texting for solving a problem is never a good idea for business. Finally They didn’t give me flexibility although i told them we are behind schedule and we need to rush. If I could give 0 stars, I would! This company has redefined the concept of false promises. I called them to fix my washing machine — what followed was a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. We agreed on a return time. They didn’t show up. Instead, I got the magical time roulette: «20 minutes,» «30 minutes,» «10 minutes,» «30 minutes» — rinse, repeat. (Fitting for a washing machine company, I guess.) In the end, I received my machine a full day late, and when they promised again to deliver it «on time,» guess what? Another four hours of waiting. Apparently, punctuality isn’t part of their service package. If you enjoy broken promises, wasted time, and being told «just 10 more minutes» until you lose the will to live — this is the company for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.
