I had to return to Dubai after many visits last year from London to assist my son in vacating his beautiful apartment on the Jumeriah Palm I had to urgently find storage for my son‘s personal effects and musical equipment and after trying money I hit the wonderful Storage 800 DIP 2. I had three days to arrange things and from the time I arrived the contract was completed following a reasonable quote and the items collected with highly skilled and professional team. They were issues with passes being needed, but this was overridden with charming efficiency and we worked together to have a professional result I wish personally to thank Mohammed Ramon Junell Jaydee and Mafaz I am a Property lawyer that frequently has to deal with properties being cleared for elderly clients – purchases and sales and also rental properties Which I handle for a church foundation. I have to say, the service was better than I have received from most of the London competitors who are often late Don’t turn up on the appointed day and other annoying experiences. My expectations were exceeded and I thank you and I look forward to returning shortly to Dubai.

Literally the most professional, efficient, organized and friendly storage company I’ve used in Dubai. They come to your home pack your stuff deliver it to their facility. Then when you need it they deliver it back to you and unpack. They are super reasonable with pricing too highly recommend! My movers names were Ramon, Lising and Mafaz and they were amazing! Our bags were delivered to the hotel within the expected time, with no stress at all. BaggageTaxi was a life saver, fact that I can have them pick up my luggage and deliver to hotel while I tour the city before my check in time is just another level of convenience. Security was great timing awesome. I have had to book hotel a day ahead just because of this problem of flight getting to town early and checkin is much later but with this service I don’t have to again I hope to see them in mote cities around the world
