Dubai Aquarium is visually impressive and definitely worth seeing at least once. The tunnel walk is beautiful but it last about 1 minute which I didn’t know and expected more. Seeing sharks, rays, and so many different species up close is a memorable experience, especially for first-time visitors or families. As an attraction, it’s well designed and very appealing. Unfortunately, the experience was negatively affected by the staff at the ticket counter. Two women were working there, and when I asked simple questions about whether our ticket included certain activities, they reacted in a very unprofessional manner. They laughed mockingly, spoke to each other in their own language, and sarcastically repeated my question back to me several times. This behavior felt disrespectful and made the situation uncomfortable. Another downside is the price. While the aquarium is nice, it doesn’t fully justify how expensive it is. In addition, the photo service is extremely overpriced — you receive only one printed photo for €40, while the remaining photos are sent by email. This feels excessive and takes away from the overall experience. In summary, Dubai Aquarium is a great outing visually, but the poor customer service and high costs significantly reduce its value. With better staff attitude and fairer pricing, it could easily be a much better experience.

A very nice aquarium located in the Dubai mall. Somewhat similar to the National Aquarium in Abu Dhabi, and perhaps a little bit larger collection of sea animals. A good place to spend an hour or two for the whole family.

Dubai Aquarium is an incredible experience for all ages inside Dubai Mall. Walking through the giant underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks and rays is breathtaking. The underwater zoo on the upper floor is also amazing with many unique marine creatures and penguins. The place is very clean, well-managed, and the staff are helpful and informative. It is highly recommended to book tickets in advance to save time. A fantastic place to visit with family and friends

The Fish Point is such an amazing place. It has so many different types of fish — almost any fish you would want to see, you can find there. The environment is beautiful, cool, fresh, and relaxing. I really love the place so much.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is absolutely stunning. It’s hard to imagine how such a massive and beautiful aquarium is built right inside a mall. The scale, design, and variety of marine life are truly impressive. When you visit Dubai Mall, this place is a must-see—the architecture and overall concept feel like a masterpiece. It’s very relaxing to see fishes playing around. Small fishes and large sharks. Even the fishes are happy and well maintained. Truly a wow experience! 🐠✨

The Dubai Aquarium is absolutely outstanding and one of the most impressive attractions we have ever visited. Even from the outside, viewing the enormous aquarium through Dubai Mall is already a spectacular sight. However, once you enter, it exceeds all expectations. The scale of the aquarium, the variety of species, and the overall experience are simply breathtaking. The absolute highlights for us were the Penguin Encounter, where we had the unforgettable opportunity to interact with and gently touch the penguins, and the scuba diving experience in the main tank. Diving among sharks, rays, and thousands of fish was an experience we will never forget. What impressed us most was the opportunity to observe so many different animals from incredibly close distances. Every area offers unique encounters and amazing views, making the experience exciting from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Everything was exceptionally well organized, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The animals appeared well cared for, and the habitats are spacious and thoughtfully designed. It is clear that a great deal of effort goes into creating an outstanding experience for both the animals and the visitors. If you are visiting Dubai, this attraction is a must-see. It is beautiful from the outside, but once you step inside, it surpasses every expectation.

Felt like a never ending ocean realms. 5 yo 7 hours needs to explore the entire facility as it seems to be the world’s largest indoor marine life theme park. Meant for all age group. ​If you’re in the UAE, you have to check out SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. It’s an incredible indoor park and the sheer size of it is mind blowing, especially the world’s largest aquarium and the massive LED screen. They have 8 different themed zones packed with marine life, rides, and roller coasters. ​Seal and dolphin shows are incredible, and the park itself is sparkling clean, well run, and full of friendly staff. It’s a total dream for kids, but honestly, adults will love it just as much. It easily deserves a full day on your itinerary.

Amazing place, polite and professional staff, one of the top place to go SeaWorld is an amazing place to visit with friends and family. I recommend planning at least 5 hours to explore all the areas, as it is a huge attraction spread across five floors, with many animals and entertainment experiences. I highly recommend visiting Hypersphere 360 — it’s an incredible and fun experience. Be ready for a winter-like atmosphere with the penguins; it’s such a beautiful and refreshing area. We also had the chance to watch the dolphin show, which was very impressive. We hope the animals are well cared for by the company. You will also have the opportunity to take beautiful photos next to the 20-meter-tall glass wall, «Endless Ocean,» where many fish live in the massive aquarium.

Spent the day at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi with my kids and it was honestly a wow experience. The aquarium is huge, with so many attractions, animations, and amazing aquatic animals to see. We loved the cold habitat section with the seals and the white fox. There are also nice places to eat inside, and the Indian food we had was really good. We missed the mermaid show, so better check the timings before going. A great family experience in Abu Dhabi!

Great Family Day Out at Dubai Safari Park. We had a wonderful experience at Dubai Safari Park with family and friends. The park is very well maintained, neat, and clean, with excellent facilities throughout. My son enjoyed the visit the most, especially interacting with the cows, donkeys, and small goats. It was an amazing experience for him and one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend taking the eco rides, as they make it much easier to explore the different zones of the park. We visited the Africa section first and then continued to the other areas, which was both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun, educational, and memorable day for both children and adults. Visited Dubai Safari Park during a UAE public holiday and had a fantastic experience! The animal and bird shows were amazing, and it was impressive to see how well-trained they were. Fantastic trip! The park is very clean, well organized, and spacious. The safari journey was the highlight—seeing animals up close in a natural environment was amazing. Staff were friendly(Saeed) , facilities are excellent, and it’s perfect for families and kids. A great mix of fun, education, and conservation. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again. Try to come as early as possible to book vip taxi for family. 🙂

Had such a great time! I was worried about the weather because I went mid May but the park is filled with water spray fans and a lot of shadowed areas. Also free cold water stations to refill our bottles. We took the safari bundle bus which is air conditioned. Met a lot of amazing animals and all the staff were very friendly.

We saw a wide variety of exotic birds and animals up close, many of which we had never seen before. Everything feels very well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The rain and forest ambience add to the magic, making it feel like a real tropical jungle inside the city. It was honestly a speechless experience at times. This is a must-visit attraction in Dubai. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely go back again.

Our visits to The Green Planet were genuinely impressive, weve been coming here 4 times already especially considering the high temperatures in Dubai. The moment you step inside the biodome, you immediately feel the cooling effect. The climate control is clearly well maintained and creates a comfortable rainforest atmosphere that supports both guest comfort and animal welfare. Prepare your cameras for indoor wildlife interactions. The care for the animals is very evident. The birds, lemurs, and sloth are freely roaming, which shows a strong commitment to natural behavior, enrichment, and a habitat that feels alive and dynamic. The rainfall event adds another layer of authenticity. It recreates the feeling of a real rainforest and provides sensory enrichment for the animals while giving guests a unique and immersive experience. I also appreciated how staff members are always positioned near the animals. Their presence ensures that both children and adults behave respectfully. This helps prevent any rough or inappropriate interactions and keeps the environment safe and calm for the animals. Visited The Green Planet with my husband and daughters recently. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for children. The interactive bird encounters and the opportunity to see different species up close kept my kids engaged, and we spent nearly two hours exploring the attraction. Before our visit, I faced significant issues booking tickets due to a website glitch. Unfortunately, I was unable to get assistance through customer care. I eventually managed to book the tickets myself. I had also sent an email regarding the issue, and a representative did call me later, which I appreciated, although it was after the booking had already been completed. At the ticket counter, I encountered another issue. My daughters were initially denied the visitors’ books, with staff saying they were out of stock, despite there appearing to be copies available behind the counter. After some insistence, another staff member stepped in and kindly provided two books for my children. The attraction itself is well-maintained and enjoyable for families with young children. However, as an adult visitor, I felt it is more of a one-time experience. Adding more bird species and wildlife exhibits would make repeat visits more appealing and enhance the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant family outing with some memorable interactions for the kids, but there is room for improvement in customer service, ticketing support, and the variety of species on display.

It’s not very big, but it’s well-maintained and perfect for kids to enjoy. One of the highlights is that you can feed the goats for free. The goat food is hung on a rope, and children can pick it up and feed the animals themselves — a simple but very fun activity. 🚗 Next Wildlife Area After finishing at the children’s park, make sure to drive to the next section. It’s a bit far to walk, especially if you have small children, so driving is definitely easier. The second area gives you a chance to see the animals up close, making it a memorable experience for the whole family. 🐾 Overall Experience We had a great time watching the animals and enjoying the peaceful environment. Very nice place 45 min drive from Dubai, u can spend quality time there, child farm, science museum, botinay area, and also wlid life center, best part is this when enter in the area of birds section enjoyed there between them and very close interactions. I personally like this place 20 dh price for ticket and u can enjoye all section. Very clean, plenty of parking, good management, food was also available there, vending machines available. Overall good experience, time spend spam around 2 to 3 hr. Kids play area is available

Visited on Eid Friday around 2 PM and the queues were massive. The ticketing system is still manual, so we ended up standing in the scorching heat for over 45 minutes just to get in. Tickets are priced at AED 21 (AED 20 + VAT) — reasonable enough, but the experience would be so much smoother if they introduced online booking, self-service kiosks, or at least a dedicated card payment lane alongside the cash counter. I’d generally avoid visiting on Fridays. We missed the botanical garden and one other attraction purely because of the limited hours that day — though honestly, that’s on us for the timing, not the place itself. The toilets could use more attention — cleanliness wasn’t quite up to the mark during my visit. There’s one restaurant on-site and I’ve attached their menu to give you an idea of what’s available — hopefully that helps others plan ahead! 🍽️ The highlight for us was definitely the children’s farm area. Kids can get up close and feed the animals, which they absolutely loved. This is one of the underrated zoo to visit. This fully indoor AC equipped zoo is a must visit. Good for family and kids. They had lots of wild animals covering Leopard, Cheetas, Wolves, Baboons, Reptiles and Birds. This was a perfect a get-away place in summer.

It was amazing to see so many Arabian animals and birds up close in a comfortable indoor environment, especially during the UAE summer. The enclosures are spacious and informative, making the visit both fun and educational. The center is peaceful, organized, and great for kids as well as adults. The ticket price is very affordable and also gives access to nearby attractions inside Sharjah Desert Park. One important tip: the place closes by 6:30 PM, so it’s better to arrive by around 3 PM maximum if you want to explore all the attractions peacefully without rushing. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and photography. A hidden gem in Sharjah!

Nice place to take kids indoors during summer. Very few zoos have everything internal like this one. Though the variety of animals is limited, it is a cost effective option to entertain your kids over the weekend.

This is the only zoo in Dubai at the moment. It’s small but has a variety of animals to see. They need to be transferred to better facilities soon. It’s hard to see the big cats and primates in smaller cages. There are a couple of water fountains and a food cart inside. The admission fee is 2 AED. There are wheelchairs if needed

It’s a very small zoo where in you will feel so sad for the animals. They have small space for them and with the hot weather they feel so dehydrated and not well maintained. The government must do something to help these animals. Entrance fee is still the same didn’t change for 2 AED per adult.

I personally don’t like the concept of zoos at all! This one in particular although well maintained,the animals couldn’t just stand the heat and you hardly will get to see them out during day time. The gorilla is a cutie there!

it’s a miracle a greeny zoo in desert…!!! The Sky View Bar is suspended 200 m above sea level and is idea for afternoon tea and cocktails. Al Muntaha is the Burj Al Arab’s signature fine dining restaurant serving contemporary European cuisine. Villa Beach restaurant, located right on the beach, is open every day for lunch and dinner.

The only place I saw in Dubai that could be described as small and dated. That said, the entrance fee was only 2 AED (about to 0.5 USD) and local families seemed to like the place. Though the enclosures seemed to have seen better days, animals seemed to be well cared for.

They are moving all animals to «dubai safari» and very few animals are left they are being fed only cabbage which is very sad to see.. they were so hungry .. as we come to fences.. they were waiting to be fed . They must close it and don’t allow public as animals are very few .. we saw 2 or 3 lions ,2 chimpanzee, few monkeys and birds, a couple of deers, crocodiles, snakes, parrots , 2rabbits and porcupine.. ticket price 2 dirhams.
