I used Maids.cc for the first time with their part-time package (4 hours per visit, 4 visits). Booking was very easy through WhatsApp, and they quickly arranged nanny for the next day. The pricing was clear and their responses were always prompt. Nadia was excellent. She handled laundry, meal prep, and bathroom cleaning with minimal instruction and completed everything professionally. She was efficient and left the kitchen clean after meal prep.

We have been using the night nurse service for almost two months and I can say that it has been such a positive experience. After experiencing postpartum complications, this service has helped me a lot with my recovery. New moms need to sleep in order to give the best of themselves to their little ones. I just had the worst experience with this company. Nurse Mildred. She wanted immediately to know what my wifi password was so she could connect to her phone. Strange considering at some point I’m supposed to trust this person to go outside with my daughter but her phone isn’t even connected… so how would I contact her. I then tell her please clean bottles and baby food container. She looks at me strangely but then proceeds. I then ask her please put some of the baby’s strawberry’s in the bin and change bin which by the way has nappies in it and she tells me that’s not her job . She won’t throw the bin out. All this in the first 10 mins of meeting her. I call the company and ask them what’s going on. My baby is sleeping at this point and will be for the next 2 hours. I say why can’t she help me with this … to which this say no refund will be provided and it’s not her job to do anything not related to the baby (even emptying a bin with nappies in it) … Then i ask her to leave she continues to sit outside my door using my wifi. This is all within 10 mins. Imagine thinking you will get quality help and paying premium for it and realising you’re getting nothing. I’ve been told someone will reach out to me tomorrow…unbelievable. Could have really had a loyal customer .

Midwife Fatima is extremely amazing, made me comfortable and she is very knowledgeable . However whoever is dealing with customers via whatsapp is extremely rude and management should review who is working here and hire someone with more compassion and experience dealing with customers. I had one session with Fatima and didnt realize I would need another one as I am a first time mom and situations come up. The reception gave me attitude when i was about to pay and advised its the full price even though it is a follow up session. They said its because » I didnt advise them ahead of time I needed multiple visits or a package». Really disappointed and angry. Unfortunately wont book with them again 🙁

She did a great job organizing and cleaning the house — even better than some daytime cleaning services we have used before. This was the first time our son stayed with a babysitter, and he was initially a bit nervous. However, thanks to her warm and reassuring approach, he quickly felt comfortable and had a very enjoyable time. He even said he would be happy to stay again if the same helper comes. Very bad experience. When you want to sign with them and before payment they are very responsive. The moment you pay, no updates given. Its been more than 2 weeks and until now the visa is not processed. Soon fines will start on the maid cz visa is not processed yet. I do not recommend this company at all!

Worst agency ever, signed agreement with them since March 27th to make visa for my nanny and until now they did not do it. I was promised a week process but turned out to be 30 days without result. They are only fast to send you agreement and take your money but after that very bad and not reliable. Beware if their scam. Muhammad Arafa promised for 3 weeks that all will be done but nothing was done.

Pathetic customer service, did deep cleaning and pest control in September 2025. Many areas were not clean , normal cleaning only done even after collecting premium amount. After doing pest control also no change, they have promised 3 months warranty and when messaged no response. And the number doesn’t work also. Please this before paying them any amount.
