Stayed during the gulf food and belive me you should not stay here. ||1) Front office staff is not professional and are clueless about hotel policies or hospitality ||2) Rooms are dirty and washrooms are stinking even after reporting to the front office manager no action being taken. ||3) Restaurant staff is not wearing gloves while cooking, no policy of hygenie visible as veg/non veg category being handled by the cutlery by the staff. ||4) Rodent droppings could be seen around washrooms and when showed to the manager, only he could do was to say that he will check with maintenance. ||To conclude only stay here if there isbno hotel available in dubai. ||Else completely avoid

A beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The art galleries were very interesting and enjoyable to explore. I especially liked the greenery throughout the area, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The fountain was also beautiful and added to the charm of the place. A great spot to spend some time away from the crowds and enjoy art and nature together.

The earthy architecture, artistic corners, and quiet pathways make it perfect for a mindful walk, photography, or simply sitting in silence for a while. It truly feels like a hidden gem — dreamy, serene, and beautifully different from typical Dubai spots. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape within the city, this place is absolutely mind-blowing and definitely worth visiting, especially in the evening.

Really enjoyed this place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and ideal for working, painting, or just disconnecting for a while. The coffee shop is charming, and the atmosphere feels calm and inspiring. Service is available until 7 PM.

The art gallery is really beautiful, and the pieces on display are absolutely stunning 👏🏻 However, the staff needs a bit more training on how to communicate and deal with visitors respectfully. If photography is not allowed, it would be better to have an official sign or written notice stating that, instead of addressing people in an inappropriate manner. Note: almost everyone there was taking photos.

Amazing ambience. There were Two cafes to order from and a lot of shops. An art gallery .. the gallery showcased the history of the place and how the architect built is as a place for culture and art to grow. A true gem!! Must visit for both tourists and locals alike

Great cultural place. Visits can be organised with great guides. The site Manager, the Receptionist in Chief and all the staff are welcoming and benevolent.

Title: Deeply Disappointing Experience and Lack of Compassion My experience with the Ismaili Center was deeply painful and disappointing. I had expected respectful treatment and genuine support as a member of the community, but instead, I felt neglected and treated without consideration. After suffering a workplace accident that caused a fracture in my hand, my employment was terminated and my residence permit was cancelled. I then went through a very difficult period of more than a year, living with a broken hand and without any support or income. Despite my repeated requests for help, I received little to no assistance. Eventually, I was called for a meeting at the center, where I felt humiliated and disrespected. The way I was treated during this time left me deeply hurt and disappointed. This experience has shaken my trust and made me hope that the way members in vulnerable situations are treated will be reconsidered in the future.

Good hall with 200 members capacity. Well designed and nice interior. But the parking lot has small risky curves and bends. Inside the Hall is so good to conduct functions. I will give four stars for this hall.

Thrilled that iFrame Opticals is now in Mudon Community Centre! The store looks fantastic, offers a wide selection of stylish frames and sunglasses, and the team is incredibly friendly and professional. Eye check-ups are quick and thorough. A must-visit for anyone in the community!

Great community centre with easy access to gym and nursery. It also has Geant plus a beauty salon which makes it convenient to do what’s needed in a rush. I hope they expand in future and add a few more essential stores and it will be perfect.

Mudon Community Centre is the heart of the neighborhood. It’s peaceful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for families and professionals. With quality cafés, fitness options, and everyday services, it’s perfect for both quick errands and relaxed downtime. A great example of community living done right.

Horrible urban planning and civil engineering. No Parking for visitors. Residents block the sidewalks with their cars and trash cans. Filthy community

She listens to your concerns with a lot of patience and makes you feel completely at ease during the eye exam. It is rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and so genuinely caring. I had a great experience at Pakistan Medical Center. I am currently taking treatment for my eyes from here, and I am very satisfied with the service and care provided. I visited Pakistan Medical Center for my child’s treatment and had a very good experience with Dr. Mehreen Khwaja. She is professional, kind, and very attentive. I truly appreciate the care and affordable services provided by the medical center. However, I had a disappointing experience at the reception. The Filipina receptionist was quite rude and dismissive when I asked about my blood test report, and I felt I was not treated properly. Overall, I still recommend Dr. Mehreen Khwaja and the medical center for their quality treatment, but I hope the front desk service improves.

Its not a bad community all in all but one problem i have is that they close roads for constructions whenever they want and aslong as they like, they dont care that you should go around 2 blocks everyday, they close the roads inside the park for 6 months now wirh no explenation but i know its because of the construction on the other side of the park. Also they closed all the fast foods and its now 3 months we dont have any fast food area and we should go to other communities or use online services. Also there used to be a big dump truck skip that people could dump their unwanted things there which now removed and you can see unwanted items infront of villas for months now

Great community living with lovely cosy evening’s vibes. Perfect for kids. If you are not a resident u can park the car outside the park area to have more free parking , the park provide free parking for 2 hrs and indoor retail parking for 3hours after that 10aed/hr. So better to park it outside in the open area just out of the designated parking area. And enjoy lovely evening with kids and family . Kids can play in the park or ride in a train or just play around . They also have a splash park which is great for summers . If you’re are looking for a park like place for kids with some fun vibes definitely should visit the town square park.

There is a battle park, dog park, splash park, merry-go-round, tennis courts, basketball, football areas, food vans, gastropub to name but a few of the amenities here.

Fabulous venue and team at Happy Studio! We celebrated my daughter’s 4th Hello Kitty birthday and right from enquiry to execution, everything was done perfectly. Not only were they accommodating to small requests (especially since we hadn’t been able to see the studio in person) but I was super pleased with the staff, their service and professionalism. As hosts, we didn’t have to do anything. The team decorated, organized the tables, set up the food, drinks, and anything else we brought with us. They also helped to wrap up everything carefully and quickly at the end including loading it into our car. Amazing end to end execution. Very fun concepts for kids parties, beautifully decorated, carefully customized and most importantly friendly and professional staff. My daughter had a fabulous birthday and it was all thanks to the super team at Happy Studio!! Thank you

We recently went back The Happy Studio for my daughter’s birthday, almost 7 years after I had my son’s first birthday there! It felt like coming home to a lovely familiar spot! The team remembered us and a few of our guest! The execution of the event was flawless and everyone was so happy! Highly recommend them!!!

We have had several birthday parties for our kids over the years at the Happy Studio and every time they just nail it! Such a lovely, passionate team, the venue is fabulous, parties are always so well organised, you can arrange your own food and the activities are always different and super fun. We Celebrated my daughter 5 birthday in Happy Studio . The team here was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional. I held my daughter’s 4th birthday party at Happy Studio and it was brilliant. She had the absolute best day. I picked a unicorn theme, with superhero for the boys. The event was so well coordinated from the moment the kids arrived and the decorations were beautiful. We usually hold her party at home so this was the first one held at a venue – Happy Studio made everything so easy from the moment I booked. They shared the schedule for the party and recommendations for food and drinks that I booked through outside vendors. The host and staff during the event were full of energy and the kids all had so much fun. I will definitely look at booking Happy Studio again.

We held my daughter’s 5th bday party here and were very impressed. High energy, attentive staff. Well organised activities and games, which all of the kids loved. And it’s a nice location, with lots of nice cafes nearby for accompanying parents to escape to should they wish! Firm recommend.

We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday last weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredible, they took care of everything from start to finish. I was greeted at the door and they were ready for us . We then had separate activities for boys and girls – tutu skirt making , neon light decorating , slime making , Lego building and hat decorating were the activities we chose . Followed by all sorts of gaming, singing and of course dancing . Thank you Happy studios x We can’t wait to see you again and again .

🛍️ Villanova Community Center: Excellent Services, Needs Smarter Retail Choices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The center is now incredibly well-equipped, and we are very happy to have so many essential services available! The Supermarket, Café, Restaurant, Salon, Pharmacy, Dry Cleaner, and Electronics Repair Shop all make living here highly convenient. The kids love Koko Kids, and the upcoming Exchange is welcome. However, there is still one major retail planning issue: I am genuinely perplexed why a large, prime unit inside the center is dedicated to the FAM Properties Office. With all these services now in place, that space is extremely valuable and could be better utilized by a diverse retail shopper or a specialty store that adds more variety to the community offerings. Dubai Retail needs to seriously consider re-tenanting this space. Giving it to a resident-focused retail business, instead of an internal real estate office, would greatly improve the center’s appeal and service to the community. Overall, great facilities, but please re-evaluate that one non-essential tenant

Since moving into this apartment in October last year, I have been repeatedly requesting the replacement of the balcony glass door due to poor installation and unacceptable finishing standards. The gaps between the door and the track are clearly visible, allowing dust, insects, noise, and even small particles to enter the apartment constantly. Sleeping at night has become difficult because of the noise and poor sealing. For months, I have been following up almost every single month, yet every request gets rejected without providing a proper solution. The attached photo clearly shows that this installation does not meet acceptable quality standards. If this is considered «standard» by the facility management team, then there is a serious issue with the level of maintenance and quality being provided to residents.

It’s like The Lakes or The Springs in Mirdif side not Jumeirah Lakes Towers side. Very calm and serene place where lots of villas gather. And this community center is located right in the middle of such cozy residential areas. I love the Circle Cafe here the most! You can enjoy the everyday purchase at Choithram too!

I call this place my little piece of heaven… Lovely place to eat – Circle K with indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely salon – The Loft. Lovely grocery shopping – Choithrams. Free parking. Clean toilets. Green all around. What more could a girl ask for! ❤️ 💙 💜

I have lived here for the past 6 years and don’t plan to stay here much longer. Sadly i have seen gradual decline in this community. The maintenance service is terrible, management team should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. The properties are badly designed, with extremely old fittings with major issues that will leave you constantly calling for maintenance. Yet management will ignore your feedback. Blocked toilets constantly, blocked sinks, blocked showers/baths , sewage smell and the fit outs are rotting LITERALLY. The sewer smell inside and outside the house is absolutely horrible, despite numerous complaints to management to address the issue. bathroom toilet blocked 11 times sine September again our complaints were completely dismissed. there are no boundaries people are converting communal areas into farms (no joke). The community is deteriorating fast due to bad management. If you are thinking to move here please think twice!!!

Neat and quite compound, nice place for family living, markets and playgrounds are also available, green areas and pools around the place, Mirdif shopping mall and Mirdif downtown mall are both steps away.

From the very beginning, it has been a wonderful place that truly feels like a creative home. I started by taking classes myself, and over the years I’ve enjoyed attending their exhibitions and many of their inspiring events. One of the things I love most is that they offer both adult and kids classes, so I can take my son with me to paint and create together. It’s a rare place where art and community blend so naturally. A wonderful place for anyone in Dubai who wants to learn, create, and be part of a welcoming artistic community!

The Art center is my favorite place I have classes with Maestro Ali Hammad! I am grateful for the training for the support. I see my progress. You can also take part in exhibitions and meet like-minded people here. You are always welcome here and you can have a cup of coffee with delicious cookies. Thank you for everything 🙌🌹

It was great experience to Visit Dubai International Art Center. I met many artists and enjoyed wonderful conversations with them. It’s located in the heart of Juneirah. Very convenient with the great ambiance of amazing artists.

Lovely energy and vibe to see artists and they works n display. They host exhibition and have lots of classes to choose from for Aspiring Artist. The staff is friendly and warm. Even if you hang out for sometime you feel refreshed and at ease.

Amazing place. They have different classes in art, pottery, kids painting, yoga ect. A must visit if you are looking to learn or enhance your skills.

Amazing building with great facilities . It’s very close to DIFC and DWTC. includes a kids’ play area, a landscaped podium, a lush lawn podium, a state-of-the-art health club, ample parking, children play areas, food and beverage facilities, Choithrams supermarket and playful water features. 6 mins walk to the metro, Al Jafilia station.

I have been their Starbucks. They have a good vibe, the place is quiet, good for meet ups. However, there is limited parking space.

Good residential society, ambience and vicinity is top notch with ample greens.
