Another Excellent Stay, largely because of the great support from the whole team. Special Thanks to Mr Marwan, Mr Omar & Mr Ahmed for accommodating my room preferences and ensuring a smooth check-in. Really Commendable to see full services being maintained by the hotel, in spite of the adverse aftermath of the war. No Compromise in the quality or range of the food spread. Outstanding Hospitality and Service by Ms Jamaica, supported very well by Mr Faraaz & Ms Nabina during the breakfast / dinner service. The Lounge was not operational but the team of Ms Severa / Hnin / Ansiva /Sky / Himanshu tried their best to make up by providing excellent support at Somerset's Bar. Housekeeping by Ms Hanifah was timely and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay facilitated by a strong team.

Fantastic 8 nights with family — staff made it memorable Just checked out after 8 nights at Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai with my family and we loved it. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I want to specifically thank Eiei and Marsha at reception. They were incredibly warm, professional, and took care of all our requests. They really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

My stay was enjoyable thanks to Marsha at the front desk.Areas of improvement: Room cleanliness; coffee machine was dusty and I found a used water bottle under the bed. which indicates housekeeping is superficial.

They were also very flexible in arranging a late check-out for us, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was the support we received even after our check-out. My son was not feeling well, and the team went above and beyond to help us during that time. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a very stressful situation much easier for our family. A special thanks to Nixson, who was incredibly helpful, caring, and supportive throughout.
