Very disappointing experience at Amer Center in Dubai. The staff were unprofessional and poorly informed. I was asked to come back multiple times, and each day they requested a new document that they should have clearly listed from the beginning. Because of their lack of clear guidance, my entry permit was delayed and I missed my flight booking. I had to travel from Sharjah to Dubai for three consecutive days, losing time, money, and energy. If the required documents had been explained properly from the start, none of this would have happened. Extremely frustrating experience.

I recently applied for a family/relative visa through the Amer Center, and I am pleased to share that the visa was approved in less than 48 hours for a Pakistani national. I would especially like to commend Ms. Licel for her outstanding support and cooperation throughout the process. Very bad experience and bad service. All staff playing mobile and waiting too long. I paid service charge more than my fine.
