Amer Festival City

I had an excellent experience at Amer Center in Festival City Mall. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Everything was well-organized, with clear guidance at each step, making the whole process quick and stress-free. The location is convenient, the service is top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs smooth and reliable support.

I had an issue with my sisters visa & the staff over there were so helpful & professional. Mr Ali Alblosshi was a star , he explained to me everything & got the error rectified in no time. After all was really a great experience & Amer never failed me in terms of help. Thank you for all & special thanks to Mr Ali Alblooshi .

I came for qn urgent immigration work to this amer center during their working hours but it was literally empty!!! not a single employee was there during the working hours. I tried calling them but even their phone number was switched off.

By far one of the best Amer centers in UAE, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, big thanks to Imane who had supported us with a complicated visa process and knew exactly what to do immediately. She was an amazing help and a great person to speak to. Wishing her all the best!

I am more than 100% satisfied with the Amer Center at Festival City ! Especially with Mr. Mohameed Marouf, who was super friendly and helpful ! This Amer center is fortunate to have Mr. Mohameed in their team ! He knows how to manage client expectations! In fact, I went for a visa guarantee fee refund and Mr. Mohameed suggested it would take between 3 to 10 days; however the refund came the next day of my application itself. More than the refund coming earlier than expected, what impressed me most is Mr. Mohameed’s approach to customer and his light heartedness !! The only negative I felt was, I walked the length and breadth of the Mall to get to the center. It would be better if direction-clues are at all places in the Mall. Off late the help-desk in the mall is rarely manned and I had to go to the ENBD / IKEA section to get hold of a Security or Help Desk ! All the best Amer Center at Festival City Mall !!
