Worst experience in UAE My father paid for partner visa aed 18k including security and sponsorship of mother but ended up paying aed 8k for cancellation process which is usually free for all kinds of visa and also lost 3k for security deposit as well due to their negligence and delays Also due to delay in cancellation we incur 5k fines for both visas Never take any services from them as they lie and stay good until you pay after that they have excuses for delays I can take names of person involved as don’t want to degrade anyone just to make aware the people who blindly trust them so they can save money

I recently visited Amer Centre Al Quais Plaza, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The reception was warm and welcoming, thanks to Sara, who was incredibly friendly and professional. She made sure all my questions were answered and assisted me with everything I needed. Additionally, there was another gentleman at the reception who spoke both Arabic and Hindi, which was very helpful. His kindness and willingness to assist went above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to find such a level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated their efforts. The team at Amer Centre Al Qusais Plaza really made my visit memorable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience with excellent customer service. A big thank you to Sara and the gentleman for their amazing attitude!

I have visited the amer center 6 at Al Qusais today for my son's residency renewal. The service provided was excellent, fast, less waiting time and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ms Mona Khamis. Highly appreciated the service provided.
