I recently interacted with Ahmed El Atrash while exploring the purchase of an apartment in Sherena Residence Majan, Initially, we discussed and agreed on certain terms over WhatsApp, and I was invited to the D&B Properties office at Blue Bay Tower to proceed with documentation. Unfortunately, my experience during the meeting was disappointing. The communication became uncomfortable, and I felt the interaction could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. I would like to mention that another lady present in the office was very professional and helpful, and the overall office environment and company appeared organized and professional.
