I started using this Company for maintenance of AC recently. Where I stay AC’s are at roof top of 4 Unit Duplex flats, 2 ground floor and 2 first floor units. There is no stair to go to roof, only steep service ladder is the way to go, which is difficult for a resident. In this area a lot of people with little or no expertise go on repairing AC’s. Many time they pilferage AC parts from someone’s AC to fix someone else’s AC, which is a known problem. When I told this company of this issue, they came up with a unique solution. They put heavy duty chain with lock around each of my 4 AC units so that one can not open them without key. Their working Team lead by Mr Baldev Singh, Shoeb (he came with the idea) and Nakash did the job nicely and in office Viven Lewis arranged the logistics and the whole thing was done on the same day.

I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Firaz and Ajman. They did an excellent job cleaning my air conditioner — it’s now working perfectly and cooling much better than before. There was a lot of dirt and blockage inside, which I didn’t realize until they showed me. They were professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. Even though the job was expected to take about an hour, they stayed nearly two hours to make sure everything was properly cleaned and working efficiently. Had Mr. Singh & Shaams do very good AC work for me replacing motors and deep cleaning and making sure everything is done and working properly. Also Mr. Arslan And his team fixed multiple leak issues for me and did ceiling access hatches for easy future maintenance work. They also tend to go the extra mile, arrive on time for the job, and clean after they finish.

I visited your branch today around 5:10 PM because we are starting a new shop and needed to purchase more lights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady staff at the front office behaved rudely and was not helpful. She mentioned that she was new staff and didn’t know much, and asked me to contact another staff member, but she did not properly guide or respond. Being new is understandable, but customer service and attitude should still be professional and respectful. First impressions are very important, and sadly my experience today was not good.

I used the guys for drilling a concrete wall and mounting 2 plugs in the wall in the kitchen and one in the maid’s room. I also asked them to install some lights that turned out to be trickier than expected. They did a fantastic job and even unmounted the lights to adjust them as my wife wanted. Team Seltics from Octopus came to do the service of the AC as drain was heavily dripping water and they cleaned and fixed everything at first attempt right at first visit. Perfect JOB WELL DONE… NO first you have to pay inspection fee and NO stupid big drama to make the bill heavy. I’m living in Dubai for 20 years and this was my very first time for someone to arrive and do the job at first call without asking for inspection fee. Im stressing on this specially as Prior calling Octopus, I had called another highly rated company with best Google review rating but they came twice for inspection and then sent a team just to arrive to tell me they can not guarantee they can fix it so I kicked them out furiously and got my money refunded. The bill from other company was 4 times the fee I paid Octopus.

Don’t ever fall in the trap of hiring them , they came to install a socket and did terrible job , the socket was on even if you turn it off and the wiring all just fell apart in 2 days , I called them to come fix it they came and were constantly on the phone with another person telling them what to do so obviously the person was not a professional that was getting instructions remotely , he burned the whole electrical system and everything in the house stripped working including the AC I had to pay over 2000 for parts and replacing the fried and destroyed parts

I usually only leave five-star reviews .. but I had a very disappointing experience with this electrician with the job we did at my house in Damac hills 2.. Initially, he seemed professional but as the work progressed he started asking for additional money beyond the agreed price. I ended up cutting the job short after he installed the lights in the kitchen and living room. When I checked his work, it was awful. In the kitchen he wired all 10 spotlights to a single switch while leaving two other switches completely disconnected. On top of that, I paid 1,915 AED just for the installation despite already providing the lights myself! when i called him today, i told him would write a review and he did not seem to care, so here it is.

Found them on the net and after trying different electrician companies I reached out to Al Madina Technician and were very professional and honestly transparent with prices, getting me connected to a lighting shops that gave me wholesale prices I would never get on my own. were very helpful in giving me options before even coming in for the job.
