I visited Amer Mazaya center with my mom for medical as part of renewal of her residence visa. Even before I could take the token, Mr Shihab of Amer approached us and guided us to his office, which made it very easy for my aged mom. In addition, he went around and got the documentation completed for both Medical and EID , while we were seated in his office. He further personally accompanied us for her blood test and everything was over in less than 30 minutes. His level of service was a class apart. Last but not the least was his support and assistance in processing the residence visa without us needing to visit Amer office. He coordinated very skillfully and the payment too was online.
