I can’t say enough great things about Khaled at the reception of Turkish Consulate in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to assist me. I had a tight deadline, a booked flight, and an important event I needed to attend, and Khaled worked tirelessly to keep me updated on my visa status. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a world of difference. I’m truly grateful for his support, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

The two Turkish gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and assisted us well with our basic needs. However, the women officers working inside did not seem willing to help/work, even with very small matters... This was disappointing and not respectful of the time and effort of Turkish citizens! ⭐️ for The respect of the 🇹🇷 ⭐️ for The admin team.

Unmannered staff , pathetic behavior, Un skilled very unprofessional. The consular needs to check on this and replace these unmannered staff representing such a beautiful country

We have submitted our visa application on 11 June and till date no progress please we need help.

Customer service is terrible, it’s like they don’t want to bother themselves to answer your questions. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment for a visa and that too was a premium lounge appointment. The document requirements are confusing and absurd, even as a business owner I needed an NOC to travel from my own company. Also, I’m traveling with my husband (who is my residence visa sponsor) but they still needed an NOC to travel from him. Then processing time is a ridiculous 3 weeks to 30 days and they keep your passport all this time which really shouldn’t even be legal. Even though they know that all people are planning to travel for the national day holiday, they specifically tell you don’t bother, the visa will not come before then. They don’t want people to go to Turkey and spend their money there. It really soured my impression of Turkey without even stepping foot in the country.

Worst experience. My visa was denied without any valid reason. No explanation was provided. Even after spending around 1300 dhs for visa fee and premium service and providing all the necessary documents. I didn't even receive refund for my flight ticket.
