came across them through a Facebook advertisement and decided to take a chance dealing with them. Honestly, the results were amazing. Their timing is very punctual, the staff are extremely polite and well-mannered, the workers are skilled, and their prices are very reasonable compared to the excellent level of service. I will definitely work with them again for the rest of the house.

Most unprofessional business ever ! First, They took measurements and gave an approximate price (subject to choosing the fabric which will impact price by 100s only),, then when i asked them for a formal quotation to pay the down payment and start the work ,, they increased the price by 10,000 (from 7,000 originally to over 17,000)!!! And what’s worst than that, they made me do some changes on the gypsum work in my room,, which ended up being a wrong request and costed me money as well, and made the curtain unfunctional as it will only open to 50% of the area (due to this wrong gypsum work they asked for) … my sincere advice, don’t deal with them and don’t believe their 70% offer (as it will disappear when it’s time for the real deal and payment)… not to mention every piece i chose was out of stock !! Very limited collection

This is our second time using R Square Trading FZE for our curtains, and unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. We were informed that our curtains would be ready for installation within two days. However, after this period passed, we did not receive any follow-up or update from the company. When we contacted them on the expected delivery day, we were then told that the installation would be postponed to the following day — without any prior confirmation of our availability. This lack of communication and poor coordination caused inconvenience and did not meet our expectations, especially given that this was our second time engaging their service. I hope the company can improve their communication and reliability in the future.

R Square is the most reliable interior company i have come across, I used their services to have curtains for a new house we moved in and for reupholstery of dining chairs. I must say that they really know the meaning of customer service and they do high quality work for nominal price, compare to market. The owner Mr. Nayan, himself is involved with all his clients and he makes sure that the client is satisfied with the work. He also offers amazing after sales services (if required), although with the quality of work done, you will only call them for another project at your home or office. Hallmark of great business is how they treat their customers. This is true not just during sale but also during after sales – on both fronts my experience with NGC was fantastic. After almost a year of wallpaper installation they promptly responded my request for a minor repair (one of the wall paper was damaged by my pet) – this was very considerate given it was during Ramadan and they had a busy schedule.

I visited their shop in deira, the guy name Sameer seems like tired and doesn’t want to attend customer, I was surprised as there were no customer in the shop then me still the staff not interested to attend customer, the business owner should look in this and should hire staff who are interested and eager to work, I believe owner will see improvement in his revenu

These guys seems to have lost the plot! There’s no communication what so ever! They price their wallpapers according to their mood not the price list! And when you ask them about a price list they say we don’t have one? Last week I wanted to buy wallpaper and quoted me for more than 1000 dirhams for only 10 square meters which is quarter of your wall? But inside the shop they tell you it’s a whole 10 Meter! Complete waste of time and don’t recommend them to anyone.
