This is our second time using R Square Trading FZE for our curtains, and unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. We were informed that our curtains would be ready for installation within two days. However, after this period passed, we did not receive any follow-up or update from the company. When we contacted them on the expected delivery day, we were then told that the installation would be postponed to the following day — without any prior confirmation of our availability. This lack of communication and poor coordination caused inconvenience and did not meet our expectations, especially given that this was our second time engaging their service. I hope the company can improve their communication and reliability in the future.

R Square is the most reliable interior company i have come across, I used their services to have curtains for a new house we moved in and for reupholstery of dining chairs. I must say that they really know the meaning of customer service and they do high quality work for nominal price, compare to market. The owner Mr. Nayan, himself is involved with all his clients and he makes sure that the client is satisfied with the work. He also offers amazing after sales services (if required), although with the quality of work done, you will only call them for another project at your home or office.
