I had an excellent experience with Sedar Festival City Center. The sales consultant, Osama, was exceptionally professional—he guided me through a wide range of rich, elegant textiles and made sure to follow up consistently, even on his days off. The installation team, led by Ronaldo with Ali and the crew, was efficient, detail-oriented, and highly courteous. Even the inspection manager, Mr. Nahel, personally visited to ensure everything was completed to perfection. A true example of professionalism, dedication, and quality service.
Absolutely amazing, from the very beginning dealing with Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Ossama they made things so easy. They came and fitted my curtains so nicely at home. Thank you Sedar for your professionalism always been my go to.
