My experience with Next Level Real Estate and agent Hami Tareq was terrible. I booked a viewing at 3:00 PM, but he cancelled last minute and pushed me to 11:00 AM the next day. I waited 1.5 hours, then he told me he was "closing a 2M deal" and couldn’t come or send anyone. He rescheduled again for 1:40 PM, and when I arrived on time, I was shocked to find another client viewing the same apartment—despite me confirming first the day before. In the end, that client was given priority and my time was completely wasted. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Avoid this agent and agency at all costs.
