Genuinely a shocking company. Zero accountability and they make it as hard as possible to contact them, only via email - which of course they ignore. Since living in VCM managed property we have had huge issues that are not even replied to - cigarettes thrown onto my balcony for 2 years - burn holes in furniture and clothes. Acidic liquid leaking onto my car and melting the paintwork - only when the police were called did anything get done. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I’ve been living in Azizi Riviera 41 for almost a year now, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and a great place to live. I would especially like to thank Jennifer and Anum Saba for their professionalism, kindness, and continuous support. They are always responsive and willing to help whenever I need anything. Thank you for making my experience even better!

I really appreciate the security officer (Md. Javid) of building Azizi Riviera 40 for his proper management skills and handling the situations very calmly. Keep up the good work. I have a laundry shop ( Luxe Spin Laundry) in the same building and he helps us in every way possible to resolve the issues. Building management is working at its best.

I have been one of the first residents to live in Azizi Riviera 63, as I moved into this community about a year ago, and I must say I’ve been very happy here. The apartments are spacious and filled with great natural light. I would also like to highlight the excellent work of the security team and lifeguards—they are always available to help and greet you with a smile, which makes this place feel more welcoming and like home. The only point I would like to mention is that when I first moved in, access to the gym and common areas was available 24/7. However, for the past few months, these facilities have been closing at 10 pm. I kindly ask management to reconsider this, as those of us who return home later don’t get the chance to enjoy these amenities. I also understand that in other Azizi Riviera buildings, the gym and common areas are still accessible 24/7, as it used to be here.

I had a very positive experience with VCM Community Management. Their team is professional, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed.
