I've been training with Coach Mina at DiFit for the past 6 months, and the results have been incredible — I've lost 17kg through a consistent, effective training plan that never felt overwhelming. Beyond the physical transformation, Mina has been so supportive and encouraging, especially during moments of self-doubt. Coach Jean is a great coach, he focuses on the details and challenges me to learn fast. He sets a great discipline during the training and takes into consideration my skills and abilities and keeps pushing me all the time.
