I subscribed to the Premium service for 6 months for AED 199. Without any clear reminder or confirmation, my subscription was automatically renewed and I was charged another AED 199. I contacted your team immediately the next day explaining my situation and requesting a refund. I also shared that I am currently going through a very difficult personal situation, as my mother is battling stomach cancer, and I can provide supporting documents. Unfortunately, I have received no response at all — no follow-up, no support, nothing. What is even more frustrating is that since subscribing, I have not received any real benefit from the Premium service — not a single call or meaningful opportunity. This experience has been very disappointing and feels unfair. I sincerely hope someone from your team reviews this and responds appropriately. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before subscribing to Premium services without clear communication and support.

I have had a very disappointing experience with GulfTalent. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month, but the process has been extremely difficult and remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received little or no meaningful assistance. Many job postings appear outdated, and in several cases the positions were no longer available when I tried to apply. This creates a frustrating experience for job seekers who are paying for a premium service and expect current opportunities. The customer support response time has been poor, and communication has been unprofessional and ineffective. Based on my experience, I do not believe the service provides sufficient value for the subscription cost. I would advise job seekers to carefully evaluate whether a paid subscription is worth it before signing up.

We have listed in gulftalent who promised atleast 3 serious interviews within 3 months of premium registration. They forward interview call letters of others to win confidence. Sorry to say that they do no serious business and cant connect to any employer in our experience.

A complete waste of money. I purchased the premium plan hoping for better results, but I never received a single call from recruiters. Despite applying to multiple jobs on this portal, there was no response at all. This premium service is not worth it save your money and avoid this platform.
