Carnival by Trèsind Restaurant & Bar | DIFC, Dubai

Carnival by Tresind Restaurant & Bar at DIFC is a Michelin rated restaurant serving fantastic fusion food. They have a decent vegetarian menu and some of their dishes are just outclass. Their presentation of food and drinks, the ambience, service and to top it the music… just amazing. We tried so many by of their dishes right from starters and main course and every dish was tasteful. Drinks you cannot miss "The Bomb". Just too good. On the whole they are made our occasion absolutely special and a big shout out to SATNAM. He took so good care and explained us everything so very well. WE JUST LOVED IT.

We tried the business lunch and really enjoyed it. The food was full of flavour and much better than I expected for a lunch menu. I especially loved the appetizer, starters, the passion fruit sorbet and the desserts. The main was good too, but the rest was really the highlight for me. Service was great. The only downside is that the final bill was higher than expected because of all the added taxes/charges. Still, I really liked it and would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Carnival by Tresind. We came here as a family to celebrate my 40th birthday and the restaurant was very accommodating, they even hand wrote a birthday card for me. The food was delicious, playful, creative and stimulated all 5 of your senses. The service was on point and the staff were very efficient and polite. My favorite dishes were the paneer, Saag, and some of the starters were excellent too. The dessert they customized for me for my 40th was literally the icing on the cake. Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special.

So far the best fine-dining experience I’ve had at a Michelin-recognized restaurant! Carnival by Tresind truly lives up to its name – every course feels like a celebration. Be it the food, the presentation, or the overall vibe, everything is absolutely top-notch. The flavours are exceptional, the plating is artistic, and the ambience is vibrant yet elegant. If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s unique, memorable, and full of creativity, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

What I value in a fusion or contemporary Indian restaurant is the ability to create exciting flavours while keeping authenticity intact. This place does that very well. In Dubai, some degree of spectacle is expected, even if here it felt slightly overplayed. Still, the food was excellent, the concept was impressive, and the evening was enjoyable overall.

My experience at Carnival by Tresind was awesome. The Mumbai street food–style cuisine was excellent, and the taste was absolutely delicious. Everything was freshly prepared right in front of us, which made it even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my Iftar with such amazing and flavorful Mumbai street food.

Carnival by Trèsind is a must-visit in Dubai — and for good reason. The atmosphere sets the tone immediately — dark, intimate, and romantic. It’s the kind of space that makes the meal feel like an occasion without trying too hard. Service matched it perfectly — attentive, warm, and well-paced throughout. Now the food. The tableside chaat is non-negotiable — do not skip it. It’s theatrical, fun, and most importantly it actually tastes as good as it looks. That combination is rarer than it should be. What genuinely surprised me was the main course. Having recently dined at Tresind Dubai, where the mains felt like the one gap in an otherwise strong experience, Carnival delivered noticeably more flavor depth and boldness in that same course. If anything, this is where Carnival pulls ahead — the kitchen doesn’t let the momentum drop. The overall experience ties together beautifully — great ambience, great service, and food that delivers from start to finish. A genuine must-visit. Go for the chaat, stay for the mains.
