What an amazing dining experience! The ambiance has a genuine Japanese touch that makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Japan. The food was authentic, fresh, and clearly prepared with great care. I’m usually not a sushi fan because I’m a bit hesitant to try raw dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. The salads were also excellent, especially the dressing. I honestly couldn’t believe I finished all the food we ordered because every bite was so good! The beer was refreshing, and the matcha was exceptional. As a matcha lover, I can say the quality was outstanding and the flavor was unique and memorable. What made the experience even better was the service. Japet and Rindel, along with the rest of the team, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. The quality of service was truly top notch. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We visited Fujiya Restaurant and the food was truly authentic and delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared definitely the highlight of our visit. However, the service could be improved. One staff member spoke to us in a way that felt a bit rude when we asked questions, and the interaction wasn’t very welcoming. Aside from that experience, everything else was great. Amazing food, but I hope the service becomes as warm as the cuisine.

The quality of the meat was exceptional, with a great selection of beef, chicken, Sushi and other BBQ favorites that were fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The tabletop yakiniku experience made the meal fun and interactive. What impressed us most was that the quality never felt compromised despite the unlimited concept. Every refill arrived quickly, the ingredients were fresh, and there was a fantastic variety of side dishes and Japanese specialties to enjoy alongside the BBQ. The atmosphere was authentic, lively, and perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. For anyone looking for one of the best all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ experiences in Dubai, this place is an absolute must-visit. Excellent food, excellent service, and great value for money. I recently celebrated my birthday with a small gathering at Fujiya Downtown, and it was such a wholesome, hearty, and delicious experience. We were a group of 9 and ordered both the hotpot and grilled meats, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served perfectly. The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the night, making sure all our orders were delivered on time and exactly as requested. Despite being a larger group, everything was handled smoothly. It truly turned into a lovely night to remember. I highly recommend it as a great place for intimate celebrations and cozy gatherings.

The food was perfect, fresh, flavorful, and clearly well-prepared. The BBQ slices were neatly portioned, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Everything was served quickly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Fujiya is a good Japanese restaurant in downtown, a little hidden in the Swiss hotel but with a really good ambiance and decoration especially outside. I went expecting a promotion about the bbq but it was no longer available. I took the unlimited bbq menu, but I had to wait 25+ minutes for the waiter to get a lighter to start grilling. Not the end of the world but staff can sometimes be overwhelmed and more focus on the centrals tables. The food is overall good. What was a bit of the deception is the surprise you’ll get when you’ll get the beef cuts. Sometime it’s a perfect cut, good fat / meat ratio and well marbled, sometime it’s 60% fat and almost impossible to eat. The side dishes are good but not the star of the show. Overall it’s a nice experience but it could be a lot better, and trigger some that would except more at that price point.

Always coming back because of their great offers! There’s a wide variety of side dishes and everything tastes good, so you’ll never run out of choices. Definitely one of the best barbecue experiences. The ambiance is nice, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly.
