We went for lunch at KIRA Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant itself is stunningly designed, with a beautiful ambience and a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab. Omar's service was outstanding. He gave spot-on recommendations, was consistently attentive without ever being intrusive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the meal special. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. We had the Edamame & Avocado Salad, King Crab Maki Roll, Harissa Prawns, Chilean Sea Bass Skewers, and finished with the Tiramisu. We also enjoyed a range of cocktails, including their signature Parmesan Sour, which was excellent. What really stood out was how light and refined everything felt. After lunch there was no heaviness at all, which speaks volumes about the quality of ingredients and the kitchen’s precision. An incredible Japanese-Mediterranean restaurant and a wonderful choice for celebrating something special. Highly recommended.

My friend and I visited for lunch last weekend (Saturday 3pm) and had the most amazing time. Venue: it’s within a beautiful hotel, stunning design/decor and great views. Food: we had a few different dishes and shared them so we could try most things. Everything we had was delicious. **note: as long as no issues, I recommend you try the sauces the dishes come with - some suprises in there: we had cacio di Pepe sauce with Wagyu gyozas 10/10. Service: End to end we were met with friendly and approachable staff, who happily made recommendations, accommodations (where they could) and also took some great photos for us Honourable mention: Johnny/Johnie (sorry I can’t remember how to spell his name) helped us decide on the karak brioche dessert which did not disappoint. It’s very rare I leave this type of dining experience - full up. Highly recommend! In total we had about 6 dishes (2 were sides) and 2 mocktails each plus one dessert to share (glad we shared because the dessert was a big portion). We also had 2 delicious mocktails each. Including service charge etc, it came to around 1200AED (around £250) - it’s on the higher end for sure, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Review by @lookatsascha KIRA Dubai feels like one of those places where design and atmosphere are as important as the food. The space is elegant and modern with a refined vibe that makes the whole experience feel elevated from the start. The concept is a mix between Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, with high quality fish that is fresh and well prepared. The energy of the place is vibrant but still comfortable, making it a good spot for a dinner that feels refined without being too heavy. Service is attentive and keeps everything smooth. We took photos and videos to show the space and the experience. Take a look before you visit.

Dinner at KIRA at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The standout dishes of the evening were the Prawn Harissa and the Crispy Squid — both were well-executed, flavorful, and genuinely enjoyable. The Rock Shrimp Tempura was average. Unfortunately, several dishes were disappointing. The Woodfire Roasted Lobster had a very strong smoked smell, tasted bland, the sauce was bad, couldn’t have one bite. The Ebi Maki and Crispy California Maki were underwhelming and inedible. The Wagyu Tenderloin also did not meet expectations, lacking both flavor and execution. For dessert, the Mochi was delicious. The Chocolate Mousse was just okay, while the Crème Caramel had a heavy texture with a strong egg taste. The non-alcoholic beverage selection was very limited, which was also disappointing. On a positive note, the service was good, attentive and professional throughout the evening. Overall rating: 3/10

Absolutely worth visiting Kira at Marsa al Arab. We went for the sunset menu this time and it’s amazing. From the starters, to the mains and ‘til the desserts. All 10/10. We had a few extra dishes too and all were so tasty and flavorful. Big shoutout to the team and Carlos, the person behind this great kitchen team.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Kira Restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the overall service is outstanding. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Jhonny, our waiter, who truly made the evening exceptional. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His recommendations were great and his service was impeccable. Highly recommend Kira for anyone looking for a great restaurant with amazing food and top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place with quite good menu. The staff is very polite and the hostesses are really nice and welcoming. I like that the table arrangement is giving you space, meaning tables are not placed one next to the other and also they are in two different levels giving you the opportunity to enjoy the stunning view of Burj Al Arab. In terms of prices I must admit that they are high but at least you have top quality by all means
