We had a full / deep AC cleaning service which used safe anti-bacterial & anti-fungal cleaner. Issues were informed to us and rectified with before and after photos taken. All furniture covered so no mess. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. AC is working better now and feels fresher. Would recommend We Will Fix It’s good service for AC as we have been using them for a few years and always satisfied with their service.

Marc & Bryan did a great work and the experience with Mr Fixer was great from start to finish. I’ve asked them to fix a P-trap system that I had purchased from abroad (UAE standard is to fix a bottle trap even for kitchen sink, which is usually not recommended anymore as the bottle get dirty easily) along with a valve system. This installation required an adapter that many other plumbers in Dubai were not able to source but Mr Fixer’s team was able to find the right fix immediately. I reached out on Saturday morning, got a first appointment Saturday afternoon for assessment and on Tuesday it was all fixed. Marc & Bryan were great as well, very professional details oriented and very careful. Great work. Highly recommended. I will definitely call this team again for all my future needs including plumbing, electricity and AC.

This project was designed by my self (Company name is Fitment.ae) executed by Taslleeh. Would love to share the experience that I went through from start to end. First, managing team where professional, they managed to understand the scope really well. When asked to apply for extension approval, the team did a great job handling all the details including permit drawings. Team on site did not waste time and was able to do the work in a clean matter. All my comments and snags were responded to professionally and adjusted to my liking. They managed to do all the structural work. Furniture in the photos were handpicked and bought by myself. Only comment I have about the company is that the price is slightly on the high level. But results are amazing! Super happy, I am using them again in my upcoming projects.

I fully renovated my apartment with this company, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. After moving in, I discovered that the fridge and dishwasher doors were installed incorrectly — the fridge door wouldn’t even close properly. I also replaced all the apartment doors, but they soon started changing color. When I complained, they ignored me for months. Eventually, they told me I would have to pay to fix these issues, refusing to take responsibility. Once they were paid in full, they stopped responding. They do not provide a warranty, and they do not stand behind the quality of their work. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

The worst facilities management in Dubai. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Adama a week ago about water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. They visited, identified the source and said they would come back to complete the job. That was a week ago! They ignore messages and phone calls, and when they do eventually respond, it is to say that a member of the team will come. Needless to say they don’t show up! No point of escalation or anyone proactive to speak to. If you can avoid this company, you should! Update: Adama’s response to my review was to state that I had the wrong company, but notedly their servicemen have now arrived at the property to fix the issue. Guess a Google review is all it takes to get the solution requested a week ago! 27/08/2025 – After thinking their service could not get any worse it did! Checking on the work after they agreed to replace the bathtub I found the workman laying on the floor sleeping. He then left without completing the work. They’ve left a bathtub in the bedroom for 3 days and promise every day to finish the job and then don’t show. Google should allow zero star reviews because one star is too much for for this company.

Came after about 2 or 3 hours and did what we needed but took advantage of my wife to charge extra. Only did about 30 minutes of work and just added an extra hose splitter to this hose to go out to another appliance and they charged AED600 cash only. Should have been covered by the 100AED charge to come have a look. Be very careful with this company and don’t trust them and negotiate or send them away and call someone else.

Other companies have always made me wait around for them, communicated poorly, made promises they didn’t keep, and ended up charging me much more. Repair Plus, on the other hand, is always punctual, professional, tidy, and highly skilled. I recently hired them to repair a table for me that had been badly damaged by nail polish remover. I thought it was beyond saving, but they offered me the best quote so I went with them. They managed to restore it in less than 24 hours and even added a waterproof coating to prevent future damage. Their craftsmanship honestly amazed me. The table looks even better now than when I first got it. You can see the difference in the first two «before» photos and the last two «after» ones. It looks so nice in my apartment now and even feels expensive.

I inquired with Repair+ for a quotation for painting of ceiling and walls in the kitchen after a water leak had appeared. From my request and all follow-on communication with Miko- who handled it all professionally, helpful and politely – to the execution of the cracks fixing, sanding and final paint work, everything was done perfectly well by the team on the ground. They were friendly, worked quietly until they finished and left the kitchen in clean condition. I can highly recommend Repair+ as a reliable contractor.

Rajav and Pardeep came to my place in Business Bay (Cour Jardin) for AC service, and I’m so happy with their work! They did a deep cleaning of the AC, and also worked on the actuator motor and valve. The only company that accepted to do the work, and did it properly. Had a leak in the toilet. I contacted a top rated repair company with a nearly perfect review score (without mentioning its name), and they refused to take the task, stating that built-in toilets are hard to fix. They even suggested to seal the toilet seat without trying to fix the leak, which is simply wrong. Then I called another company called «plumber dubai» who also apologized, but were helpful and recommended that I contact Repair Plus. And repair plus indeed fixed it. Those guys can handle complex work that others avoid.

After 1 year of membership, all I can say is that I do not trust them. They do not honor their contract and commitment. They try to charge you even if it is in your package. I do not recommend them. Know your rights.

The supervisor frequently visited to check progress which gave us confidence. Prices were reasonable, especially given the level of work done. Initially, it was a bit of a dissappointment when after having an AMC, which ensures 24/7 maintenance, Techtiq said serice will be done only on Monday (since it was Saturday today and also they don’t have a team in the area post 6.00pm). It almost felt that these guys would just pay deaf ear to our grievances, viz. AC & Toilet flush not working. It was becoming difficult to think, as we were supposed to stay without the AC and not being able to use the WC. Ultimately, Ali Raza n Khurshid were sent (quite late) but nonetheless, they completed the tasks satisfactorily. Good job!!

For the last 2 years, the IDAMA COMPANY is a complete disaster. For a common area issue affecting my apartment frequently , we need to make multiple calls and to wait several days while it’s a matter of 10 min work or less . For the last 2 years I opened probably more than 50 cases with them because of FRESH AIR SUPLLY AND EXAUST FANS which should work nonstop, but they are regularly turned off for my apartment. The service is extremely bad while the tenants are pays huge amounts of money for the service charge

I must express our serious disappointment regarding the performance and conduct of your team at Indigo Tower, JLT. Our experience throughout this project has been extremely frustrating. The firefighting contractor appointed for the works appears to lack adequate supervision and coordination. Site personnel frequently arrive late, work schedules are inconsistent, and productivity on site has been a recurring concern. These issues have contributed to delays and unnecessary disruption to ongoing fit-out activities. In addition, there have been several instances where the team arrived on site without the necessary equipment to perform their work. On multiple occasions, our staff observed workers using ladders belonging to other fit-out contractors without obtaining prior permission. Such conduct is unacceptable and creates unnecessary conflict between contractors working within the tower. Attn: Team managing Indigo Tower – JLT and Accounts (Saqlain)

The worst experience you can have in Dubai, if you are owner or tenant in a residence, where IDAMA runs building management. My family and I were in a new building in Canalfront 1, where we suffered from false fire alerst 3-5x times per night! IDAMA staff kept telling us this would be «normal» and ignored our complaints for 3 months! We had no choice but to leave and move to another residence. If you are looking for a property in Dubai and you hear it is under IDAMA management, take another property.

One of the worst maintenance company in UAE. They are managing Prime Business Centre in JVC and the supervisor of this building he is unnecessarily harrassing us to fix the issue in our office. Vinoth the supervisor is so rude to talk he really don’t have manners to talk to a lady. I must say they literally don’t know how to provide the services. One of the worst worst service providers. If I have an option to give zero or negative star I must have given.
