Very unprofessional company who just care about money and once they get it they just drag the work for weeks and do false promises. And then at the end they just tell you your AMC is finished and we can't do the job. Very unprofessional and not recommended.

The worst facilities management in Dubai. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Adama a week ago about water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. They visited, identified the source and said they would come back to complete the job. That was a week ago! They ignore messages and phone calls, and when they do eventually respond, it is to say that a member of the team will come. Needless to say they don't show up! No point of escalation or anyone proactive to speak to. If you can avoid this company, you should! Update: Adama's response to my review was to state that I had the wrong company, but notedly their servicemen have now arrived at the property to fix the issue. Guess a Google review is all it takes to get the solution requested a week ago! 27/08/2025 - After thinking their service could not get any worse it did! Checking on the work after they agreed to replace the bathtub I found the workman laying on the floor sleeping. He then left without completing the work. They've left a bathtub in the bedroom for 3 days and promise every day to finish the job and then don't show. Google should allow zero star reviews because one star is too much for for this company.

Adama staff are very professional, responsive and the work are in best quality. When I requested for one time cleaning service they make it beyond my expectation as they offer re-cleaning if I'm not satisfied with their service. Yes, ADAMA FM are recommendable!
