We went to the motor city branch, we asked the groomer to do a teddy bear cut for our puppy. The groomer ended up making it uneven all around his body and our dog was crying all through it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Probably the worst customer service. I always book with a specific groomer for mobile grooming. I called yesterday to make a booking with him, but they told me he was not available. So I scheduled the appointment for a day when he was available and made sure that he would be the one assigned to groom my dog. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. I called many times and also contacted them on WhatsApp. Each time I received a different response — at one point they told me the grooming was already finished, another time they said they would call me back. Finally, someone told me the appointment had been assigned to another groomer and that they were on their way. They arrived an hour late and it wasn’t the groomer I specifically booked with, so I canceled the appointment. The lack of professionalism in this whole process is unbelievable.

I like the store and services. But the online appointment snd booking is a pain. Too many banners and promo and add ons during booking and checkout. It would vebe better if it is straight forward without all these confusing banners. And goggle pay did not work !

I recently had the wonderful experience of having my cats groomed by Gemma & Rio, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Gemma, in particular, deserves special mention as I affectionately call her the "cat whisperer." It’s incredible how calm and well-behaved my cats are during their grooming sessions with her. Normally, they can be a bit squirmy and anxious, but somehow, Gemma creates an atmosphere of trust and relaxation. I honestly couldn't believe my eyes—I've never seen my cats so at ease while being groomed! Rio complements Gemma perfectly by providing an efficient and professional service that makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. They both genuinely care for animals, and it shows in their work. I felt reassured and confident leaving my pets in their capable hands. The grooming results were fantastic! My cats looked amazing and their fur was so soft and shiny. The convenience of having them come to my home also made the process stress-free for both me and my pets. I’ve been using this pet shop’s mobile grooming service for my cat for a long time, trusting that she was in good hands. Unfortunately, my recent experience proved otherwise. During a routine vaccination and check-up, the veterinarian discovered that my cat’s nails were extremely overgrown — they had curled into a full circle and pierced into her skin. She had to go through painful removal of each nail, something that should never happen if grooming is done properly and with care. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and attention. Allowing a cat’s nails to reach this condition is unacceptable and inhumane. Groomers are expected to check and trim nails as a basic part of care, especially when a customer relies on them regularly. I hope this review encourages the management to take animal welfare more seriously and improve their grooming standards so no other pet has to go through this.

Ordered the mini cake and was assisted by Sherilyn, she walked us through the process and made sure we get the cake for our little Luna on the same day. Highly recommended for the excellent Customer Service.

This place is amazing and complete with whatever your pet needs. Came here this morning for my cousin’s dog full grooming and teeth cleaning and the staff were all amazing and efficient. Kudos to Kusal and Min Thein - both were super friendly, attentive, and generous to give Roxie some freebies! Thank you for your superb service! I highly recommend this pet store!
