Visited Petholicks just to spend some time looking at the little cats and dogs, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. They have an amazing selection of these adorable little bundles of joy — honestly, you could spend the whole day there just being around them. What made the visit even better was the gentleman there. He was incredibly patient, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. That kind of warm and respectful service makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a pet, this is definitely a place you should not miss. A wonderful experience all around.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Petholicks for the beautiful kitten we got from them. My daughter had been looking for a female Siberian kitten for such a long time, and they had so many healthy and beautiful kittens to choose from. We ended up bringing one home and honestly couldn’t be happier. The pet shop is incredibly clean, and the team — especially Don — was so helpful, supportive, and always there whenever we needed advice or had questions. We truly had a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend this pet shop more!

Xavier was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all my doubts, queries, and endless questions without hesitation. Our Siberian kitten is healthy, playful, affectionate, and has already brought so much joy to our home. We bought our dog (Maltese) 7 months ago, now he is 10 months old puppy, and he is healthy, handsome, playful and adorable boy! Well what to say… from the moment you walk through the door till the moment you leave you feel welcomed and at ease☺️My daughter and I spent more than two hours buying a dog and we benefited from continued care. Staff is very helpful and friendly👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Daoud was our professional advisor. The shop is pro👌🏻 with a special pet bathing room, ongoing cleaning and is well managed. Bottom line. You need a pet. We had a great experience at petholics in Arjan, we went in and bought the 2 kittens easily and straightforward. As first time kittens owners they told us everything we needed to know. Passports were fine, contrary to what some of the reviews on here say. Set us up with an appointment at a vet to give them a quick check over and the greenlight to come home with us. The condition in the store was okay, I haven’t visited many pet stores, but I can’t imagine any of them are extremely luxurious. However, all of the animals seem to be looked after Well. Our cats are Four months old And loving their new home

We recently got our Maltipoo puppy from Petholicks, and we couldn’t be happier! 🐶✨ A special thank you to Dawood, who assisted us throughout the process. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all our questions. He made the whole experience smooth and comfortable for us. Our puppy is healthy, well cared for, and has such a wonderful temperament. Thank you, Petholicks and Dawood, for helping us find such a beautiful new addition to our family.
