The boarding team took care of my cats very well while they waited for relocation. The facility was very cat friendly and attentive to their needs. The relocation team handled everything required for transporting my two cats from dubai to Riyadh, and made the process smooth and easy. Would absolutely recommend this team any time. Perfect service! For full door-to-door relocation from anywhere in the world, I recommend using them, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, and they can even get agent in origin country that would take care of everything from there.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They cancelled my pre-booked airport pet taxi at 1:30 AM for a 7:30 AM ride!! claiming "weather conditions" with no prior notice or proper planning. I had to chase them with multiple calls, and when I finally spoke to the owner, she was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I definitely was pissed off and stressed, and she said: "do whatever you want, it won't get you anywhere" in such a stressful situation, when I had a flight and a pet to manage is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service at all. Now am stuck 2:00 am and flight to catch up with my pet soon and still can't do anything about it as its too late to manage! Do yourself a favour and find better options.

Amazing experience ! I highly recommend. Bringing your dog to UAE is extremely complicated and stressful. Yallah pet was able to always reassure me and answers to all me questions and to support at any time. Thanks again for having made this experience smooth.

We have been really pleased with the Pet Station for their care to our cockapoo Fonzy! We had lots of pictures with updates & a video.
