I recently visited Petshop Megastore in DIP, and it’s one of the most well-organized pet stores I’ve come across in Dubai. The space is large, clean, and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products including pet food, toys, accessories, and more. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful advice when needed without being pushy. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and overall the shopping experience felt smooth and convenient. One nice bonus is that there’s a café inside, which makes the visit more enjoyable and gives you a place to relax while you’re there. A solid option if you’re looking for a well-stocked pet store in Dubai

I love how much variety this store has and how well-arranged it is. It’s a lovely space for dogs, and the team is mostly friendly. But parking is a huge problem. It took me forever to find a spot. I was waiting for someone from the Aquatic team to get my shrimp, but there was literally no one around. It took 20 minutes and multiple attempts to get help from other team members (some of them just ran away, clearly showing they didn’t want to be disturbed while checking items for online orders). I asked a few questions while choosing my shrimp, like «How many should I get for a 5-gallon tank?» and the answer was «It’s up to you, ma’am.» Then I asked, «Which plants absorb ammonia better?» and the answer was «All of them are good.» When I left, I felt sad. The old shop on Sheikh Zayed Road wasn’t as fancy, but the team was excellent, knowledgeable, and super attentive.

I visit this shop many times monthly as I have one dog and two cats. My experience was always good. But I wanted to mention a particular person, her name is Rina. Every time I meet her there , she is very helpful. She is polite, always guides me whenever I have any confusion. Keep up your good job Rina 👍🏼

I like this shop which has a good assortment of stuff for furry kids😁 also inside this shop you can find day care and boarding for pets «Petsville » which is absolutely amazing, with good specialists, who really care and facilities… Honestly.. you want to stay there 😂 spacious, amazing playing areas , swimming pool and fountain and many more

I honestly cannot thank Shannon and the entire team enough for helping us bring Nala back to the UK. From the very first conversation, Shannon was there every step of the way. No question was ever too much, no concern was ever dismissed, and she always made herself available to support us. Shannon didn’t just provide a service, she provided genuine care, compassion, and reassurance when we needed it most. There were moments when I was in tears, worried about Nala’s journey and whether everything would be okay. Shannon handled every call and WhatsApp with kindness, patience, and understanding, offering emotional support that went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. She made us feel like Nala mattered just as much to her as she did to us. The entire team were professional, responsive, and incredibly. Nala arrived safely, and that is something we will be forever grateful for. We truly could not have done this without Shannon and the team. Thank you for your dedication, your compassion, and for caring so deeply about both pets and their owners. You turned one of the most emotional experiences of our lives into one filled with reassurance and trust. We will never forget it.

Definitely recommend for people with pets in Dubai and other emirates! They have supplies for every pet ranging from dogs to birds to fish to cats and even more. I went here right after getting my first dog, it was an amazing experience and we got amazing selections to choose between and great service with carrying stuff. I am going back here at least around once a month to stock up on the necessities and visit the adorable adoption events they sometimes have, they have puppies and adult dogs! With all colors, coats, and personalities. They offer grooming as well, and their toys are so unique and good quality. Both of my dogs love their toys and stuff we’ve purchased from here! I also highly recommend getting the online app as they have so many offers there and some items can even come within 60 mins! Overall, I love this place, many items to look through and still fun to come here even if you don’t need supplies as they have the fun events and the cutest and most exotic fish. I love the dog park and the ID tag maker place! So fun getting to choose the font and how I want my ID tag to look. Amazing offers and discounts!

I boarded by dog Djangi with PETCARE for 6 days in December. Everything was great they washed him as I requested and they did everything as per my request. I will definitely board Djangi with them again. They sent me videos and gave me updates about him. I picked him up in a really great condition. Thank you so much dear Petcare team.

I took my Jordy and was very hesitant at first because he is a very timid dog and scared of everything. The staff was very understanding and put him with the smaller dogs to build his confidence to be with the dogs his size. I was gone for 3 weeks and they sent regular updates and he was showered and clean when I finally picked him up. He entered scared and left a more confident boy. I could tell they treated him well because he wanted to play with them when we were leaving. Petcare will be my go to if I ever need to take him for daycare or extended stay.

By far the best Pet Care Service, provided the ultimate care, solutions, treatment, and most importantly happiness to my dog. Perfect service! For full door-to-door relocation from anywhere in the world, I recommend using them, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, and they can even get agent in origin country that would take care of everything from there.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They cancelled my pre-booked airport pet taxi at 1:30 AM for a 7:30 AM ride!! claiming «weather conditions» with no prior notice or proper planning. I had to chase them with multiple calls, and when I finally spoke to the owner, she was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I definitely was pissed off and stressed, and she said: «do whatever you want, it won’t get you anywhere» in such a stressful situation, when I had a flight and a pet to manage is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service at all. Now am stuck 2:00 am and flight to catch up with my pet soon and still can’t do anything about it as its too late to manage! Do yourself a favour and find better options.

We have been really pleased with the Pet Station for their care to our cockapoo Fonzy! We had lots of pictures with updates & a video. We had a wonderful (easy) hike with horses and donkey through breathtaking mountain landscape. Meeting Yasmin and her animals is such a great pleasure! After the hike, Yasmin offered us an incredible delicious self-cooked, healthy meal under the stars. We enjoyed this event so much, I can really recommend to everyone, who loves nature, animals, quality food and a warmhearted hostess. The horses are «beginner-friendly» and so funny, we laughed a lot. Plus there is always someone around, guiding you. If you’re looking for something special, maybe the opposite of hustle-bustle Dubai life, then going on a walk/hike with Yasmin and her horses is a perfect occasion.

It was equally delightful to savor the luscious dishes lovingly prepared and offered by our dear Yaseen. This trail ride was more than just an activity—it was an experience that left me feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful. Yasmin and his team are working for such a beautiful cause, rescuing horses and giving them happy live. The animals were in super good condition despite their age. And soo cheeky 🙂 had the honour to meet the UaE’s oldest pony Pebbles, hope she will have a happy and healthy life for many more years. Went on the hike with Horses and we closed with a home cooked iftar… what a treat… get ready for 13000 steps :)))

We visited this rescue horse stable for a hike with their beautiful rescued horses, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Yasmin, the founder, welcomed us with so much warmth that it genuinely felt like home. The hike itself was amazing — peaceful, scenic, and made even more meaningful because we were supporting a wonderful cause. Knowing that these horses have been rescued and are now loved and cared for added so much depth to the experience. An amazing experience interacting with horses and donkeys who are rescued. The founder is absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and so very hardworking. She creates weekly events where you can walk the animals on a hiking trail and then provides delicious homemade vegan high ingredients for dinner to eat on a camping site nearby! They have been very gentle and caring to Sophie and they have always been the best!! The best place to adopt a cat or a dog! Highly recommended. I adopted a cat today and I saw how the cats are all clean, taken care of, happy so they’re super friendly, and the space they have is great as a shelter. The staff are helpful and very friendly, they stayed with me while checking the cats until we completed the process. They have an on site doctor and a groomer, so the cats are well taken care of. For a small ado2fee of 220, the cat is groomed, vaccinated, checked, microchiped, and spayed! I couldn’t imagine all of that of a governmental shelter to be honest.

The shelter was clean, organized, and the animals looked well cared for. You can see the dedication and compassion in everything they do. They are litter-trained and vaccinated. The fourth is an adult Turkish cat. Nice and kind staff , they are taking care of cats and dogs in a well maintained facility, pets are treated like a home care, We found a cat on road in a critical condition they accepted the cat to shelter, we are thankful to the staff, and sharjah government initiative. Any one who wants to adopt pets you will find the well breading cats and dogs will little cost of vaccination and micro chip, I recommend any one wants to adopt a cat or dog must visit this place.

By far the original & best smart safety tag and the only pet safety app available in the UAE. All my dogs never leave our home without their safety tags as it brings us a bit of comfort and ease when we are out & about that they can easily get identified should they get lost somewhere (knock on wood). I love how this app, along with its founder help reunite lost pets too! Her advocacy towards animal safety is highly commendable. I ALWAYS recommend the Where My Paws At smart tag & app to all my pet parent friends and will continue to do so!

The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. They took the time to explain everything clearly from vaccination details to post-adoption care and made sure I was fully prepared before bringing my cat home. You can really see how well they care for the animals; the facility is clean, organized, and the pets are properly looked after. A month in, my cat is healthy, happy, and has adjusted beautifully. I’m really grateful to the team for matching me with the perfect companion. Highly recommend adopting from here if you’re considering giving a pet a forever home.

Very poor and unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment to adopt a cat and drove all the way to the shelter. After filling out all the paperwork and applications, the vet suddenly informed me that the cat was sick. To make matters worse, they told me I would have to be responsible for her condition if I took her! Why wasn’t I informed about her health status before I came? A complete waste of time and lack of transparency

Nice environment indeed, professional staffs. But Don’t feel like a shelter, refuse to take a serious injured street cat. Just rename to Abu Dhabi Animal Hospital would be more accurate.
