They took the time to explain everything clearly from vaccination details to post-adoption care and made sure I was fully prepared before bringing my cat home. You can really see how well they care for the animals; the facility is clean, organized, and the pets are properly looked after. A month in, my cat is healthy, happy, and has adjusted beautifully. Very poor and unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment to adopt a cat and drove all the way to the shelter. After filling out all the paperwork and applications, the vet suddenly informed me that the cat was sick. To make matters worse, they told me I would have to be responsible for her condition if I took her! Why wasn't I informed about her health status before I came? A complete waste of time and lack of transparency

Nice environment indeed, professional staffs. But Don’t feel like a shelter, refuse to take a serious injured street cat. Just rename to Abu Dhabi Animal Hospital would be more accurate.
