I bought a product through Amazon, and this store was the supplier. The package arrived perfectly sealed and in good condition on the outside, but when I opened it, the bag inside was already open, damaged, and the contents appeared to have been changed. I contacted Amazon, but the product is marked as non-returnable. I also contacted this store directly, but they refuse to take responsibility and instead blame Amazon or the transport company. I explained that if the damage had happened during transport, the outer package would also have arrived damaged. However, the packaging was completely intact while the inside product was broken and open. Not only that, but the food inside does not match the real product I buy every month for my cats. It is clearly different food. I am attaching photos so the difference can be seen. I called the store and received no solution at all. They completely washed their hands of the situation, and honestly I feel scammed. I lost my money, received the wrong product, and nobody is giving me any answers. I hope this review helps anyone considering buying from this store or through Amazon.

Amazing!! Relocation: Dubai > Southeast Asia 2B2B in a 20ft container (approx 13k aed — please don’t expect this, this is what we were quoted for the amount of items our apartment had). I contacted ISS relo. around end of Oct 2025, Vaibhav got back to me instantly and requested for a home survey to have a more accurate quotation for our furniture and items. I went back and forth with other companies but believed that ISS had a better reputation and price comparison so I went forward with ISS and notified Vaibhav immediately. Around mid Nov, we paid a 50% deposit to confirm our booking. A week prior to our packing, Vaibhav allocated another supervisor Abdul, and I asked him a few questions regarding the packing. Super helpful and answered all my questions promptly! Moving day comes and the team was incredible. I have no words. They were extremely efficient and super careful with our items. It was expected to be done in 2 days but it was done in 7-8hrs!!! Absolutely mental. Great team, great supervisors and overall great company to work with. Highly highly recommend! ✨

We always come here for my dog’s grooming as they have a fantastic service in a very cheap price located in Al Quoz area. It is so easy to book an appointment with them. They are usually fully booked on weekend as people tends to come here for their amazing services. The groomers are well experienced as well. My dog is a poodle, and as you know, they require details and precision inorder to cut their hair properly and they do it well here in Pet Kingdom. They take good care of my dog as well.
