Dubai Kennels & Cattery (DKC)

I can't think DKC enough for the care they took of my little cat Luna. Luna boarded with DKC for several months whilst getting ready to move from Dubai to New Zealand. I was devastated to be away from her so long but DKC were amazing at sending photos and updates - even as the international situation deteriorated in the region - and I could tell from what they said that they both knew my pet really well and genuinely cared about her. I loved that Luna could play outdoors in the Catio and that she made both people and pet friends during her stay. DKC also oversaw Luna's journey to New Zealand - the paperwork and rules for importing an animal to NZ is even more complicated than most other countries so I'm SO glad I had a professional and experienced team to do this on my behalf. When we moved to Dubai we actually used a different pet relocation company so I can say with experience that DKC are the best for communication and professionalism. Luna is now back with us and settled in SO quickly. Just like she as never apart from us. I can't believe it! She arrived super healthy and well cared for.... maybe too well cared for as she now miaows very loudly the second she's used her litter tray. We obviously don't empty it as quick as John, Chase, Lindsay and all her other awesome friends at DKC! Thanks DKC for amazing service. Forever grateful 🙂

We got our rescue cat (Snowy) from here back in 2018 and relocated him home to Australia. He’s living his best life out in nature every morning 🙂 Thank you for our forever fur baby he’s bought us so much love and joy.

Boarded my trio for 11 nights with DKC This was the first time, they've been to boarding. We initially went for a visit and the team was so warm and welcoming. I fell in love with the place instantly. I'm glad I chose DKC, because they sent me constant updates and pictures as you can see below. I never felt as if I wasnt there. I would like to believe that my kitties had a great time at DKC, but thats something only they and the team would know 😂 Thank you to everyone for keeping them safe and well fed. We will be back again soon ❤️

I’d give 10 stars if I could. My experience with DKC was seamless- special thanks to Shaila and the team. I trusted them with my 3 dogs for relocation from Dubai to Canada. My experience with companies in Dubai comes no where near close to what DKC has left me feeling, I never thought I’d find such great service in Dubai. Shaila is great at what she does, I truly felt her care in her clients and the pets. I wish all companies I had worked with for the move had a Shaila, someone who’s great at communication, punctual and respectful. I will FURever be grateful for the service at DKC.

I cannot recommend Dubai Kennels & Cattery highly enough. They recently helped move my dog, Jack, from Dubai to New Zealand, a process that is notoriously difficult and stressful, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Shaila was absolutely amazing from the very first step. She met with me personally, assessed Jack and his travel crate, and immediately put me at ease, confident that he was in the best hands. She took care of every detail, including booking all the necessary vet appointments, handling the extensive paperwork, and organizing quarantine arrangements in New Zealand. DKC cared for Jack for four days before his flight, and I received daily updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind during an emotional process. It was clear that the team genuinely got to know Jack and truly cared for his well-being and comfort.
