We have been using My Buddy Pet Care services at the Ras Al Khor branch, and we are extremely satisfied with the care and attention provided. Our fur baby, Ozzy, always enjoys his stay and seems excited to return every time. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he is in such safe and caring hands while we are away on holiday. We love this place. I brought my dog Hera over here to socialize. She’s still 11 months and even though she’s big, she’s scared. The staff is taking such good care of her and keeps updating me and sending me pictures which is reassuring. They are patient, plays with her, watch after her. I know she’s in good hands and had a good day as she’s exhausted at night. Thank you team.

Love this boarding facility!! Staff is super kind and they’re super attentive to each puppy needs, they monitor and daily inform you and always send beautiful pictures and videos! Our go to place when we can’t travel with our furry babies!

We are at ease when we leave our little pup in My buddy pet care. This is the third time we kept our pup while we were away.They have great facilities and care for everything you need for your pet. The team is extremely careful when it comes to your pet’s health and wellbeing. They give you updates every day with the pictures and videos. They will always seek your permission before they they take any action . You can trust them with your pet and that’s a huge relief when you are out of the country. From the reception to the groomer, each and everyone is attentive and you can see that they really care for your pet. Special mention to Mr.Nilan who took great care of peanut.He was there when we kept peanut for the first time at DIP branch. He is an amazing care taker to peanut. Peanut have had a great time with him and the team. Most importantly she was happy and healthy when we took her back. So thank you Nilan and the whole team for taking a good care of our peanut. Every time we leave our dog in their care, we are always at peace knowing they are in the best hands. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly treats every pet like family. I've been sending my dog to My Buddy Pet Care for the past 5 years. I adopted him from a shelter so he an anxious dog but he absolutely loves this place. I use them for boarding, day care, grooming and even use their transport service. I know he loves it there cause he jumps out of the car with excitement. The staff is so attentive and always let us know if he has any issues and sends us regular updates through the day. Highly recommend!
