Amazing!! Relocation: Dubai > Southeast Asia 2B2B in a 20ft container (approx 13k aed — please don’t expect this, this is what we were quoted for the amount of items our apartment had). I contacted ISS relo. around end of Oct 2025, Vaibhav got back to me instantly and requested for a home survey to have a more accurate quotation for our furniture and items. I went back and forth with other companies but believed that ISS had a better reputation and price comparison so I went forward with ISS and notified Vaibhav immediately. Around mid Nov, we paid a 50% deposit to confirm our booking. A week prior to our packing, Vaibhav allocated another supervisor Abdul, and I asked him a few questions regarding the packing. Super helpful and answered all my questions promptly! Moving day comes and the team was incredible. I have no words. They were extremely efficient and super careful with our items. It was expected to be done in 2 days but it was done in 7-8hrs!!! Absolutely mental. Great team, great supervisors and overall great company to work with. Highly highly recommend! ✨

I’m very thankful with ISS stuff , they have done a great job on 2 days our house moving, professional performance , neat , efficient! Plus after all I realize that forgot to mark my daughter stuff for university in September, ISS stuff were able to come to the next day to help re open and pack. Very helpful people ! Pre-move communication was excellent. Mr. Ramesh supported us throughout the entire preparation process and ensured everything was clear, organised, and well-coordinated from the outset. The packing crew were fantastic. Despite working long days during Ramadan, they maintained an exceptional work ethic and positive attitude throughout. A special mention to Shaikh Naeem, Rehmat Allah, and Zaheer Abass, they were phenomenal. They handled our shipment with great care, and their attention to detail during packing was outstanding. We also supervised the loading in Dubai, as our move involved transporting a vehicle alongside our household effects from Ras Al Khaimah. Additional ground crew stayed behind to assist with transloading and vehicle loading, which was greatly appreciated, especially given the demands of the Holy month of Ramadan. Every team member we encountered was kind, polite, and highly professional. Overall, our departure container and shipment have been handled to an excellent standard. This is my 10th international move, and ISS have truly outshined our previous agents.

Elmar Glenn, who managed my shipment in the destination country, consistently kept me updated throughout the several months it took for my shipment to arrive. The delivery teams were quick, efficient, and very helpful. As someone moving multiple boxes alone from North America to West Asia/Middle East, I appreciated how little I had to do once everything was packed. One piece of advice for future customers is to review invoices carefully. I noticed a calculation discrepancy that I had to flag myself, both from the pickup and the destination agent (ISS Relocations in this case). Improved coordination between the shipping company and local agent (ISS) would help prevent these issues. Overall, the service was reliable, the communication was strong, and my belongings arrived safely across continents.
