My cats really like auntie Liberty , service good ! I have been on a business trip for three months and she has been taking care of my kittens, as well as the stray cats I feed. Everyone loves her very much

This was the first time I used pet sitting services. We were really concerned for a number of reasons. Safety, security and obviously our cat's comfort and peace of mind. Our trip started really hectic and we didn't even meet our assigned sitter, Isurika before she came to look after our cat. Needless to say she was SO accommodating that we managed everything through whatsapp, she gave me constant reports (4 or even 6 video/photo reports per day). I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the services of the company as a whole and especially recommend Isurika for your pet sitting needs. From the first moment until the last I felt comfortable and could see through all the videos that so was my furry friend back home. I honestly feel my cat missed her more when she left, than she missed us while we were gone. 5/5 and then some!!

Our cats were in good hands with her, as she was very approachable. She complied with our instructions and my cats are not scared or frightened of her. She did a great job. We had a great experience with Domenica, our puppy Pepper was very happy with her and we received regular updates whilst we were away. Also super quick and easy to book. Would use the service again!

In our 16 years in Dubai, we've tried many pet-sitting services - most of the time, I ended up disappointed. From our alcohol stock being curiously depleted to mysteriously finding a pair of pants in our kitchen - it has been one bizarre, disappointing experience after another. Typically I resorted to asking friends or co-workers to assist, but they all have families now. So the search commenced once again, and I was encouraged by the plethora of top-tier reviews Pawland had garnered. The process was simple. Made an inquiry, provided the necessary information, and they sent me an invoice, and scheduled our sitter for an introductory meeting a day before our departure. We met Ruffy, and immediately we noticed her calm, gentle demeanor which certainly put us at ease. She explained precisely her routine, inquired whether our cats had any medical conditions or special needs, and whether we had any specific instructions or requirements. The entire visit lasted about 30 minutes and the result was our confidence that our furballs were in good hands. And that they were! We embarked on a 10 day journey - the longest we've ever been apart from our critters - and every single day, Ruffy sent us a steady stream of detailed pictures and videos of our happy, healthy cats, as well as noting whenever they were mischievous. It was only a matter of days before they grew accustomed to her - and our furballs are notorious for their aversion to strangers. This certainly speaks to her friendly and caring nature. Ruffy even assisted with a few extra requests of ours, such as changing the pet pads we had lined throughout our apartment due to one of our cats refusing to use the litter box. She even organized the packages we received while we were away to ensure our curious critters wouldn't tear them open. Leaving our furbabies in the past always left us anxious, but Ruffy's constant care and vigilance kept us at ease and we were able to enjoy our first vacation in 6 years, stress-free! When we returned, our apartment was immaculate, including the notoriously messy feeding area and bathroom where our 2 litter boxes are nestled. It was a pleasure to have one less errand to worry about upon returning exhausted from a long journey! My wife and I couldn't have been happier with her service, and can wholeheartedly recommend Pawland for your pet sitting needs! They are reasonably priced, and ultimately the knowledge that your furry family members are in good, caring hands is truly priceless!
