We are currently staying at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah Dubai and have been having a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and the service has been excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Nusulah and Manjit. They have been doing an outstanding job keeping our room spotless every day. Their attention to detail, professionalism and kindness have made our stay even more comfortable. It’s always a pleasure returning to such a clean and well-maintained room. Thank you to Nusulah and Manjit for your hard work and dedication. We truly appreciate everything you are doing to make our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to the rest of our stay!

The kind of stay you don’t wanna end We booked two nights. We stayed six. That should tell you everything. From check-in to checkout, the team here genuinely made the difference. Sheryl made our arrival effortless, Rupa from Housekeeping kept our room spotless every single day, and Kasuni at the Lobby Lounge quickly became a familiar, friendly face. The pool staff carried the same warmth, it never felt forced. The food deserves its own mention. We tried every restaurant on site and not one missed. Smoky Moto was the clear favourite, incredible food, great atmosphere, and service to match. We’d go back just for that. What sets this hotel apart is simple: the people actually care. Every interaction felt personal, not procedural. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Amazing and incredibly tasty food! We loved the warm hospitality and outstanding customer service at Levantera. Team leader Mr.saif and Ms. Christen was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. She took great care of us throughout our entire dinner, making the experience truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to visiting again next month to celebrate our son's birthday. Had an amazing time at the hotel with my friends, especially enjoying the relaxing pool atmosphere with some cold beers and great moments together. The overall experience was excellent, with a comfortable environment and great hospitality. Special appreciation to Mr. Ayesh, the Concierge Supervisor, for his outstanding service, professionalism, and friendly approach.
