I would like to give a review to the MAG staff. The employees are very helpful, especially the lobby concierge and all the bellboy team. They always speak politely, greet guests warmly, and provide excellent support. Special thanks to Mr. Anas, Michael, and Kamal for their outstanding service. They are very professional, friendly, and respectful in their work. I am really happy and satisfied with their service. Keep up the great teamwork and hospitality.

Ruby from the Customer Service Collection Department was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful in resolving my issue, extremely patient throughout the process, and always prompt in her replies. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support. Thank you, Ruby!

I wish i could give this rubbish company a 0 star but i can't! This rubbish company is currently managing Bloom Tower C in JVC Dubai. Where do you want me to start? They took over last year from an already former garbage company called Kingfield so we were hoping as tower residents to see a better service. ONLY TO BE WORSE than the previous management company. JUST LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES AND VIDEOS: PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS AND VIDEOS 1- Entry barrier NEVER working and constantly creating long queues outside, 2- Elevators are off most of the time and currently ONLY 2 are in service!! imagine 33 floors tower on two elevators only. 3- Garbage everywhere in the parking 4- Water constantly and heavily dripping in parking on our cars, if you just washed your car, good luck! 5- Incompetent staff and security, always unable to help, ETC.... Imagine paying a huge rent only to be surprised with such an extremely poor service. i cant describe how poor the quality of service is in Bloom Tower C PLEASE DO NOT RENT OR BUY IN BLOOM TOWERS!

Very unprofessional experience with Asteco. Our resale transaction is extremely urgent. We completed all payments and submitted every required document, yet we had to continuously chase the team for updates. After multiple follow-ups, Asteco finally sent the NOC — but forgot to sign it. Because of this mistake, the developer rejected the document and our deal is now delayed again. We have been requesting the signed NOC for days with almost no proper response. This level of service creates unnecessary stress for clients and affects important property transactions.

There is no development in our building since they started managing the building 1. Gym without wipes or sanitizers 2. Gym machines are not well maintained 3. Common areas including kids play area - swimming pool - sauna with zero changes or rectifications. 4. Total ignorance of owners complaints. 5. Parking always dusty and dirty with no cleaning or floor changing regardless the numerous requests to change the flooring to epoxy floor instead of outdated asphalt.

Terrible management. They do absolutely nothing to improve their buildings.Stay away from Their buildings Children are running around all day screaming as if they’re being tortured, breaking and throwing objects, and showing complete disrespect when asked to stop. They even come under balconies and scream even louder on purpose.We are being bullied DAILY by children due to lack of education of their families. We have filled a complaint with Dubai municipality few days ago against the management cause they don’t help and this is our home and we should be at peace not in anxiety whether the kids will be tired so we can also rest . There is no consideration whatsoever for residents whether you dealing with serious health issues, have babies, or simply want to rest in your own home. in fact, it seems the management is being controlled by 2-3 villa owners with kids and they completely ignore the rest of the residents . The situation only keeps getting worse. Do not rent in their buildings

Asteco Facilities Management has been one of the worst FM teams I’ve experienced. At JVC – Diamond Views 1, basic issues have been ignored for 5–6 months. The AC in the common areas has been broken for months with no proper fix. The automatic exit gate pole has been damaged and left unrepaired, causing daily inconvenience. On top of that, the swimming pool chiller has been broken for over two months, making the pool unusably cold. These are not minor issues — they affect daily living and safety. The lack of urgency, follow-up, and accountability shows extremely poor facilities management. For a community that pays service charges, this level of negligence is unacceptable.
