I just shifted my apartment and book these 3 ladies from eco maid and trust me after trying and avaling cleaning & deep cleaning services from various service providers, I have never beem so satisfied. From unpacking my boxes, organizing each item , dusting & cleaning everything was at its best. These gorgeous ladies settled my entire house in 5 to 6 hours. Very bad customer service. Also, whenever they send a good lady, she starts to be always fully booked. They make it too hard for the client to have one preferred lady and zero appointment flexibility even though i've been their client for almost two years. So disappointed.

Very unprofessional and unreliable service. First time customer booked and confirmed cleaning service never showed up, did not get any call to explain why, tried to call never picked up. Strongly not recommended

The first time they cleaned the apartment, it was done well. The second time when I called them for general cleaning, it was a total mess and they kept giving excuses. The team was incompetent and some places were left dusty with lots of marks on the glass balconies.
